We have a 4 berth modern caravan,  one double bedroom and one twin bedroom,  with central heating,  gas fire in the lounge,  double glazing,  bathroom with shower,  fully equipped kitchen, with full size fridge/freezer.  We have a flat screen TV with DVD player and freeview.  

We also have a secure gated decking area with outdoor furniture provided.  

Our caravan is situated 2 mins walk away from the beach,  and is in a lovely quiet location.   

About 5 mins walk away is the clubhouse,  with a restaurant and bar,  indoor pool with toddler area,  two outdoor play areas,  basketball court , small softplay area,  arcade and small shop. The site also has lovely dog walks around the park and an enclosed dog field.  There is also a launderette on site . 

Electricity and gas is included in the price.

Pillows and quilts are included,  you are welcome to bring your own bed linen,  or,  as an optional extra,  at a small extra cost,  bedding can be provided and beds made for you on arrival . 

Well behaved dogs are welcome at a cost of £20 extra per week,  max of 2 dogs.

Prices shown are for 7 nights,  shorter breaks are also available .

£100 non-refundable deposit to be paid on booking,  with the balance to be paid 3 weeks before arrival.  Cancellations once the balance has been paid are not refundable. 

A £50 refundable cleaning/breakages deposit to be paid which will be refunded after your stay when the caravan is left clean and tidy. 

Dogs are welcome to a max of 2 dogs,  they are charged at an extra £20 per week,  we ask that you bring dog beds with you as pets are not to be allowed on the furniture or beds.

Bed linen can be provided,  however it is an optional extra for those not wanting to bring their own.  It would be added onto the total price depending on how many beds were required.  

Sunbeach Holiday Park nestles on the coastline of Cardigan Bay and is surrounded by the unspoilt countryside of the Cambrian Mountains. The views from the Park are both panoramic and truly breathtaking.

The site runs down to the seashore and has its own beach frontage. At falling tide the beach offers rock pools abundant with all kinds of sea life, where children can spend endless hours. Sunbeach has been carefully developed over the past few years with thought and consideration to ensure the tranquil atmosphere has not been lost. It now boasts first class facilities of the highest standard. The grounds are well maintained by Park staff, leaving owners to enjoy their leisure time in a relaxed setting.

The Park has its own Clubhouse with weekly entertainment, dining facilities, family room and children's arcade. There are two well equipped play areas and a brand new indoor pool complex. The Park has its own well stocked shop and laundry facilities on site. Pets are welcome and two specific dog walks are provided.The area around the Park is host to many attractions to suit all ages, whether it be walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park, or visiting the bustling markets of nearby towns. Railway enthusiasts, fishermen and golfers are well catered for within a short distance of the Park. Boat launching facilities are nearby at Fairbourne and moorings are available at Barmouth and Aberdovey.
