Luxury Willerby Winchester caravan, Sited on the award winning Silver Birch Caravan Park, we are fully central heated and double glazed. The caravan includes a kitchen / diner with all mod cons, full size fridge freezer, gas cooker, gas hob with extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, wooden table with 4 faux leather chairs. In fact there's everything  including the kitchen sink! The lounge has a three piece suit (sofa with Spring action double bed) feature fire place,  tv with separate dvd and coffee table. The master bedroom has a double bed with ensuite toilet and sink, a walk in wardrobe with changing area.  The second bedroom has  twin single beds fitted wardrobe and a tv DVD player. 

The lounge has a sofa bed suitable for two persons if required 

The bathroom is equipped with WC, wash hand basin with mirror and storage and a large shower cubicle. 

To the front of the caravan is a space for your vehicle with a garden space to the side of the caravan and a nice gated veranda runs along the side of the caravan accessed by a few steps We provide all bedding, sheets, pillow case and duvet covers, Also travel cot available on request.

Welcome pack included for your arrival, tea, coffee, milk and sugar etc 

We are a dog friendly caravan, maximum of two dogs, bowls are supplied, dogs must be kept on their leads at all times while on the park and owners to clean up after their pets please

We have a strict no smoking policy in the caravan.

There is a £50 damage deposit payable when booking, which is non refundable if booking is cancelled. This deposit will be refunded back to you within 7 days after inspection of caravan providing caravan is left how you found it and no damage, loss or breakages have occurred. PLEASE NOTE we are a NO  smoking caravan. Balance must be payed four weeks before holiday start date or booking will be cancelled. Two small house trained Dogs allowed in the caravan or one large breed type, £20 per dog is charged if extra cleaning is needed after you vacate, this will be taken from your damage deposit 

Silver Birch is situated in a rural setting with a wooded backdrop, yet is only a short drive or good walk to the beach. The glorious mountains of the Snowdonia National Park, numerous castles, picturesque villages, stately homes and forest parks are on the doorstep ready for you to explore.
