The caravan sleeps eight, is pet friendly and is double glazed, with a comfortable lounge with HD TV with Freesat.  The galley kitchen if well equipped with all pots, pans cutlery etc.  There is an under the counter fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, tassimo drinks maker, air fryer and slow cooker.  There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms, the end twin room also converts into a double bed with a double bed in the lounge area.  Bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet.  A hairdryer is also supplied.  There is also an iron, ironing board and rotary cloths airer.  Heating is by a gas fire in the lounge and oil filled radiators in the bedrooms.  The caravan has full landlords gas safety certificate, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector and TV licence..  Outside there is a wrap around decking, with steps and a disabled access ramp, both of which are gated, with garden table, chairs and parasol.  Cars park directly in front the of the caravan.  Duvets, pillows and extra throws are provided and clean bed linen can be provided on request at no extra charge.  Gas and electric  for domestic us only is included and there is no charge for pets.

The caravan is owner cleaned at the end of each occupancy. The site is one mile from the town and buses stop outside.  Please note Wyndham Caravan Park is a very quiet family run site and the club house is currently closed.

A £50.00 non returnable deposit is required, to secure a booking with the balance payable a fortnight before your holiday.

Electricity is supplied for domestic use only.  CHARGING OF VEHICLES IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS ARRANGED WITH THE OWNER

Wyndham Hall Caravan Park is a small holiday campsite on the outskirts of Cockermouth in Cumbria in the Lake District.

The holiday campsite is only a short drive from the market town of Keswick with the Derwentwater Lake near to the town centre.

The private holiday makers bar on site is rented out each summer season and opening hours depend on the tenant.

The market town of Cockermouth is within short walking distance. Cockermouth has many shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, chip shops, a library, garage, petrol station, and it has Wordsworth House, the birthplace of William Wordsworth. There is a Leisure Centre a short walk away with a swimming pool, gymnasium, and many childrens activities such as Children's Dance, Aqua Fit, Boxercise, Badminton, Climbing and Gymnastics.

The Bassenthwaite Lake is only a few miles away from the site.

Embleton village, a one mile drive away, has a pub, a Golf course and an outside children's play area.

Local attractions include Trotters Farm with many animals, just a few miles away.
