Pet friendly 6 berth static caravan, double glazed, central heating with decking on quite North Lakes site.

My Caravan is fully double glazed and has a comfortable furnished lounge with HD TV and Freesat.  The kitchen is very well equipped with all cutlery, pots pans etc, fridge, full size cooker, microwave, eclectric kettle, toaster, slow cooker, sandwich maker, air fryer and Tasimo drink maker and there is a hover.  It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin which easily converts to make a double bed, there is also a pull out double bed in the lounge area.  Bedding is provided and clean bed linen can be provided if requested with no aditional charge .  There is shower, wash basin and toilet.   Heating is by means of gas fire in the lounge, and central heating..  There is an iron and ironing board and hairdryer.  Smoke alarm, Carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher.  The caravan has full landlords gas safety certificate and TV license.  Outside there is a decking area,  with table, chairs and parasol.  The garden area has a rotary clothes line and cars park by the van.  The caravan is owner cleaned at the end of each occupancy.  The site is situated one mile from the market town Cockermouth.  Public transport stops outside the park.  Cockermouth is an ideal base for touring the North Lakes and also the Scottish Borders and Hadrians wall.

The caravan is sited on Wyndham Caravan park which is a quiet family run site.  Please note the club house is currently closed.  The site is closed  14 November to 01 March

A non refundable deposit of 50.00 is required to secure your booking with the balance payable a fortnight before your holiday.

Electric is included for domestic use only.  CHARGING OF VEHICLES IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS ARRANGED WITH OWNER

Wyndham Hall Caravan Park is a small holiday campsite on the outskirts of Cockermouth in Cumbria in the Lake District.

The holiday campsite is only a short drive from the market town of Keswick with the Derwentwater Lake near to the town centre.

The private holiday makers bar on site is rented out each summer season and opening hours depend on the tenant.

The market town of Cockermouth is within short walking distance. Cockermouth has many shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, chip shops, a library, garage, petrol station, and it has Wordsworth House, the birthplace of William Wordsworth. There is a Leisure Centre a short walk away with a swimming pool, gymnasium, and many childrens activities such as Children's Dance, Aqua Fit, Boxercise, Badminton, Climbing and Gymnastics.

The Bassenthwaite Lake is only a few miles away from the site.

Embleton village, a one mile drive away, has a pub, a Golf course and an outside children's play area.

Local attractions include Trotters Farm with many animals, just a few miles away.
