Not overlooked,  field views and near concrete parking,  this is across a grass area.   Patio area to front and steps to caravan,   see map for location.About 3 mins walk to central bar and swimming pool,  facilities available   Gas fire and electric heating, heated towel rail,  electric heating in bedrooms. Equiped kitchen in caravan and washing machine area is on site near the facilities.   Professionally cleaned at all times between bookings.

Payment in full 1 month to holiday start date -  these are competitive prices and so please adhere to payment on time to reserve.   All bookings are non refundable.

Payment is by bank tranfer   (all holidays are non refundable - please ensure you arrange insurance if you wish).

NO SMOKING/VAPING/ASH IN CARAVAN.    NO MOVING OR ATTEMPTING TOWING OF CARAVAN.

You bring your own duvet/pillow/base covers, especially in cooler months,  extra pillows and duvets are available if required.   Spares are very often in the caravan also - please leave for washing.

These prices are for the whole caravan with no other charges and small pets welcome free of charge -  you are just required to wipe of paws and prints and our cleaner will do the rest.

Price start at £50 per night  in season-  please ASK FOR DEALS  for your dates and YOU LET ME KNOW YOUR BUDGET,   I always aim to fill spaces at a good rete and don't look to have high prices.

School holiday, national bank holidays , Easter/school holidays,  Xmas, New Year and August bank holiday week are all peak season.

Park is closed from 14th February until 1st March annually and no facilities are open and no overnight stays allowable.

PARK PASSES- please arrange park passes if required separately as these are not included in the price of the caravan.
