Main bedroom has a king-size bed large wardrobe dressing table and a on suite toilet and wash basin.Twin bedroom has a wardrobe and over head storage plus double air bed.also double and single airbed.all rooms have usb sockets.Outside has a large secure decking area with seating plus a tarmac driveway.SORRY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.Its only a 5 minute walk to the amenities and 1 minute walk to the new lake. 

Book in at 3pm and book out at 10am minimum 3 nights stay summer hols sat to sat. We ask for £50 returnable deposit that secures yr dates and damages.
