Max of 2 dogs are permitted within the Sunningdale caravan. £30 for the 1st and half price for the 2nd per break.

3, 4, 7, 10 and 14 nights stays available. Due to park rules max stay is 4 weeks.

A £30 discount is available when 2 or more consecutive weeks are booked at once. Offer excludes any late deals.

THE LIVING AREA

The living area comprises of a L shaped seating area.

Coffee table.

TV with free view channels and a DVD player.

The area is heated by a electric fire and radiator.

Please note - there is no pull out bed in the living area.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area is located to the centre of the caravan and opposite the kitchen area.

There is a table and 4 chairs.

The area is heated by a radiator.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The kitchen comprises of a kettle, toaster, intergrated microwave.

Cooker with oven, 4 burner hob, grill, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

MASTER BEDROOM

To the rear of the caravan is the master bedroom with a double bed.

Wardrobes with drawers underneath are each side of the bed, along with overhead cupboards and shelves. 

Within the side of the wardrobes there is a shelf each side of the bed.

Opposite the bed is a small dressing table with a mirror above, and a stool underneath.

The area is heated by a radiator.

MASTER BEDROOM

Just off the master bedroom is a en suite toilet, and wash basin with a mirror above.

The area is heated by a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM 1

The first of the twin bedrooms is to the rear of the caravan and has 2 singles beds.

The beds are feet to feet layout.

Each bed has single wardrobe with drawers to the side of the bed. And cupboards with a shelf above.

There is a mirror on the wall with a small shelf below.

The area is heated with a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM 2

The second twin bedroom there are 2 singles.

These beds are in a L shape layout within the room.

Beside one of the beds is a double wardrobe with drawers below.

And cupboards and a shelf above.

There is a mirror on the wall with a small shelf below.

The area is heated by a radiator.

THE BATHROOM

The main bathroom to the caravan has a toilet with shelves above.

Wash basin with mirror above.

Shower cubicle with sliding glass door and thermostatic shower.

The area is heated by a radiator.

THE DECKING AREA

On the Sunningdale there are 2 decked area's.

To the front of the caravan is a enclosed decked area which is accessed from the livng room of the caravan through french doors.

The area has a table and chairs.

THE DECKING AREA

The second decked area is to the side.

The area has steps leading upto a gated area. This leads to the main door which leads to the kitchen/dining area.

To the rear of this decking it becomes wider, and has a couple of chairs.

HEATING

The caravan has a electric fire in the living area. 

And gas central heating throughout the caravan.

PARKING

Next to the caravan is parking for 2 cars. With extra parking spaces available around the site.

Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan.

All the caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
(These are checked before each letting).

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.

A £100 refundable security deposit (subject to the Terms and Conditions) is required within 24 hours to hold your dates. The completed booking form within 3 days of your booking being taken. Please note the £100 refundable deposit is not inlcuded in our prices. The cost of your holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

On departure from the caravan, a caravan and inventory check are made. On this being satisfactory the £100 deposit is refunded within 7 days.

Passes for the site facilities are not included in our prices, but can be purchased on arrival priced Peak Season £18.50 per person. Under 2’s are free. These are per person for the duration of your stay not per night for up to 7 nights stay.

The fun filled family Holiday Park of West Bay, Dorset is set in the heart of the harbour village of West Bay itself.

One minute the kids are rocketing off the flume into our fantastic pool, the next they’re fishing for crabs from the harbour wall or hunting for fossils along the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast.

West Bay Holiday Park offers guests a great range of facilities to keep the whole family busy all day long. Hire some bikes and take in the sights of the Jurassic Coast or stay on park and enjoy a swim in the indoor pool.

West Bay is located in the heart of a pretty harbour village just a couple of minutes away from a beach that stretches for 16 miles, known as the Jurassic Coast.

Take a tour of Portland Bill Lighthouse and its visitor centre or pay a visit to the 150 rescued primates at Monkey World and watch them play!
