A static caravan in our garden on a small holding just outside the village of Tregarth, Nr Bethesda, suitable for a weekend break to visit the zip world in Bethesda or even a walk up Snowdon, ideally situated for Bangor which has a large university and the beaches in Anglesey and along the coast for Llandudno.

The caravan has a king size bed with a toilet & basin en-suite, then a further twin room with small single beds, and a further bathroom with a shower , the lounge area has a sofa bed that will sleep another 2 (suitable for young children) the kitchen has a gas cooker & hob, microwave, pots, pans, dishes etc and a pull out ironing board and iron, fridge & freezer, TV & DVD player. There is decking in front of the caravan with a bbq and outdoor seating in the private garden with views towards Anglesey and Penhryn Castle National Trust Property with lots of walks nearby and also convient for Bethesda about 10 mins in the car.

Bedding & towels are included in the price with the beds done up prior to your arrival.

A Travel Cot & High Chair are available on request.

A small well behaved dog  is allowed at £10 extra by arrangement, please bring your own dogs bedding. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms, Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst outside of the caravan as we have chickens that like to free range.

No smoking & no bbq on decking area 

Please note this is on private Land, with neighbours nearby , as we also have a converted barn that sleeps 4 on our site also, we also live in the farm house so are at hand for any questions or any help in any way. 

When making a booking a non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, then this is followed by the balance 2 weeks  prior to your arrival date (There is no refund after this time).

Arrival Time is after 4pm, please message/phone  me an hour before arriving with a estimated arrival time.

Departure Time is 10 am  - unless discussed otherwise.

Bedding & Towels and electric & Gas are included.
