Welcome to our privately owned 8-berth caravan, located in the peaceful Glan-Mor section of the award-winning Barmouth Bay Holiday Park, nestled between the mountains and the sea within Snowdonia National Park.

• No Smoking or Pets: Strictly no pets or smoking inside the caravan due to allergy considerations. No stag, hen, or group parties permitted.

• Guest Responsibilities: Please line the grill/oven with foil if used, and leave the caravan clean and bins emptied to ensure the return of your deposit.

• EV Policy: Charging electric vehicles directly from the caravan is not allowed due to electrical limitations. Dedicated charging points are available near the launderette.

• Booking Deposit: A £100 deposit is required to secure your dates. This is fully refundable following a satisfactory inspection after your stay.

• A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your stay.

• For holidays booked within 6 weeks of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Discounts may be available for multiple bookings – please enquire for details.

• Families and couples only – no group, stag, or hen parties permitted.

• Key collection and return is via a secure key safe, accessible on your arrival and departure days.

• Check-in is from 2:30 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM. Guests are kindly asked to leave the caravan clean and in the condition it was found.
