Offering 1 double & 2 twin rooms, and a sofa bed in the lounge, it ensures comfortable accommodation. Equipped with amenities such as a cooker, fridge freezer, and digital TV in the lounge, as well as an en-suite toilet in the master bedroom, it caters to your needs.

Guests have full use of the caravan, and the area outside. There is also onsite entertainment, shops, restaurants and takeaways as well as a mini mart and laundrette.

7+ nights available as well.

A £50 deposit is required on booking with the final balance due six weeks prior to your arrival date. The deposit will be refunded if no damage pending inspection on departure. It will be held if bookings are cancelled 4weeks or less before the holiday is due, or if full payment is not made 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date

No smoking, vaping or pets allowed in the caravan at any time because of serious allergies to owner’s family. If found to be in the caravan at any time you would be asked to leave.

Groups are welcome e.g. golf/family etc. but no hen or stag parties at any time.

We can do Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday or 7 days stays starting Mon/Fri/Sat

Please note Play passes are NOT INCLUDED with your booking but can be bought on line or from reception.

If you cancel your holiday 4 weeks prior you will lose your deposit

If you cancel 3 weeks prior then you lose the deposit and 25% of the full balance.

If you cancel 2 weeks prior you lose your the deposit and 50% of the full balance.

If you cancel anything under 2 weeks you will receive no refund.
