I am very fortunate to have 2 caravans on this wonderful site and I am proud of both of them. I have a professional cleaning company that looks after the routine hygiene and cleanliness and they do a fantastic job, additionally I am a very hands on owner and I am very often in the area and only 5 to 10 minutes away. I have worked in the customer service and hospitality industry all of my life and I truly appreciate that my guests deserve the very best holiday experience possible.

There is a Welcome Pack in each caravan to help you settle in and it provide you with lots of information. The caravan is very well equipped and I provide many extras. The caravan has bedding and beds will be made up for your arrival, there is an extensive cleaning pack, dual 9L Air Fryer, Hairdryer, Tennis racquets, PS3 and games. The caravan is in the very quiet sought after area of St Catherine's and has front and side decking. It is a very sunny position and has plenty of outdoor seating for you to relax. There is also a private driveway and even free WIFI.

Welcome to our lovely Swift Moselle Caravan located in Kiln Park. The caravan is located in a very central, sought after sunny location close to all amenities and the entrance to the beach. The caravan is rated as Prestige /Silver by Haven and has a front deck and an extensive side decking. The front deck has seating for 4 and an occasional table the side decking has a table and chairs making it perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a storage bench that seats 2 and contains lots of beach toys which are there for our guests to use.   
We appreciate how hard it is to pack when holidaying with a baby and often the car is just not big enough so we provide a baby pack which is FREE on request and includes a high chair, baby bath, travel cot, Milton steriliser with enough tablets for your stay, a baby bouncer chair and a bed guard. This is a huge cost and space saving pack  and we hope that it makes your packing a lot less stressful. 

The caravan has 1.5 bathrooms. There is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.  There is a sofa bed in the lounge if required. Any bookings made from 19/04/23 will have bedding included and beds made up on arrival for 6 persons.

A towel pack consisting of 6  x BATH sheets and 6 xHAND towels can be purchased by contacting the owner, this package is £18

The comfy lounge will easily seat 6 and has a flat screen TV/ DVD player and a PS3 player with a selection of games. There are many extras in our caravan for your convenience including 1 x tea towel, dish cloth and cleaning pack, toilet rolls, kitchen towel, and  some complimentary toiletries. Our rental caravan has been set up with the enjoyment of your holiday at the forefront of our minds and includes a selection of DVD'S, books and games for all ages to enjoy, we even have 2 tennis rackets and beach toys for your use whilst holidaying on the site.

The caravan has a hair drier, iron and a  small ironing board.

You can walk into Tenby in around 15 minutes and to the beach in 10 minutes.

Kitchen is fully equipped , there is a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cooker, dual 9L Air Fryer and integrated fridge freezer.

The dining area consists of a table and chairs which will comfortably sit 4 people.

The price of the holiday is for the caravan only and if you do  require passes these must be purchased separately via Kiln Park. As the owner I can provide a link in order for you to purchase these but owners are unable to provide them directly.
