​Welcome to our lovley home from home caravan. 

We offer either  4 day (Mon-Fri) or 7 day (Sat-Sat) bookings.

Weekend bookings available on request (Fri-Mon) Please email if weekend bookings are required as availability depends on dates and season. 

• Bedroom  1 has a king-size bed with a dressing table, stool and mirror. There is plenty of storage space throughout with a four door wardrobe with drawers and also bedside drawers and overhead cupboard space.  
• The on suite bathroom consists of a toilet and wash basin and a full size bath with an over bath shower. Toilet roll is supplied.
• Bedroom  2  has 2 single beds, a two door wardrobe with drawers and overhead cupboard space.
• The family bathroom has a large enclosed walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. Toilet roll is supplied.
• The kitchen diner has a full size gas cooker with 4 rings, gas oven and grill. There is a built in microwave, kettle and toaster and a large built in fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, drinking glasses and pans. There is a free standing table with 4 chairs and a small child adapter chair available to sit on a normal chair.
• Tea, coffee, sugar and sweetener are provided.
• The lounge area has a large corner sofa with cushions which also converts into a double bed, a coffee table, TV unit a TV with free view.  There is an electric fire and patio doors which open out onto a spacious decking area.
• There is central heating throughout the caravan with radiators in every room.
• Outside there is a large decked patio area to the front which looks out onto the quiet road and nearby duck pond. There is also a large decked area to the side and table and chairs, a large grass area to the side and concrete standing for parking. The caravan is situated in the quieter area of the park in Kensington and is close to one of the duck ponds. The ducks are very friendly and are always around looking for some kind person to feed them. There will be a box of duck food left in the kitchen for feeding them.
• We have a waver regarding pets. We accept small to medium dogs. Please confirm your dog breed and number of dogs on your enquiry. Furniture covers are provided and we ask that you keep pets out of the bedrooms. Please can all pets staying be up to date with flee treatment.

Manor Park is well situated within a 10 minute walk to the beach and pleasure beach which is open from March to the last half term in October.  Tesco is within walking distance and Hunstanton town centre is only a short walk which boasts many shops, cafes, amusement arcades and of course many fish and chip restaurants, takeaways and ice cream parlours. Everything you will need will be found in Hunstanton.

There are plenty of opportunities for water sports on the beach and taking trips to see the seals on the seal tours boat. Hunstanton boasts beautiful sunsets and lovely beaches. Further up the sea front towards the famous lighthouse, you will find miniature golf, outdoor bowls pitch and a large outdoor children’s playground. Sandy beaches and sand dunes are a popular attraction at the lighthouse, which is situated close to the RNLI lifeboat station.

Norfolk has a stunning coast line tucked into the huge wash bay. It is a very popular area for members of ‘The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds’ (RSPB) and only 4.4 miles away from Manor Park is Snettisham Reserve. Here you can enjoy panoramic views across saline lagoons, salt marsh and mudflaps and observe the tens of thousands or birds which gather here every year during late summer to early winter.

Sandringham Estate is only a 14 minute drive away (8.7 miles) with a large wooden outdoor childrens adventure playground, woodland walks and adventures, Sandringham house and church tours, souvenir shops and cafe. 

The beautiful Norfolk Lavender Farm is only a 5 minute drive away. World famous for its gardens and oil distillery, Norfolk Lavender is a popular attraction with families with lots of things to do including tours, animals gardens and a large indoor soft play and café.

Manor Park itself offers a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, amusement arcade and outdoor children’s playground. The entertainment show room is for all the family with bingo, evening entertainment, singers and the Starland crew to entertain the children. There is a restaurant serving food all day and into the evening and a full bar and sports bar.

Manor Park entertainment passes are currently:

£9.95 per adult per stay

£6.95 per child per stay

These prices are subject to change in mid-high season and can passes can be purchased at reception on arrival.

When bookings are placed, there will be non-refundable £100 deposit required immediately to secure your booking. If you do need to cancel a booking then only if we are able to rebook the allotted time will your deposit be refunded.

If you do need to cancel a booking then only if we are able to rebook the allotted time will your deposit be refunded. Once your initial enquiry has been sent, an email will be sent to you requring confirmation of booking. On recieving your confirmation email the website will be changed to 'reserved' and details of how to pay your deposit will be included. Once your deposit has been received the webiste will then be changed to 'Booked' and will be secured. If no deposit is recieved within a week of the initial enquiry then the website will be changed back to 'Available'. 

Any damages or breakages need to be reported immediately. If any damage or breakages occur during your stay, please report them straight away or replace them.

Payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival time and by bank transfer only. Details will be given in correspondence once booking has been confirmed.

There is a strictly no smoking or vaping policy within the caravan.

Bed linen is supplied and is changed over on the day of your arrival. Please do not remove these from the caravan. The caravan is cleaned prior to your arrival and tea, coffee, sugar and toilet roll replaced. Please take care of the caravan as if it was your own and leave the caravan as you found it. There is a hoover and cleaning products available in the caravan for your stay. Please leave them when you leave.

Please be repectful of the caravan when you are takings pets and use the covers provided for furniture covers. We ask that you do not allow your dogs beyond the kitchen area and into the bedrooms and please use your own pet towels on wet days. There are dog bowls in the caravan and 2 small canvas dog crates if needed. Please request these on your enquiy. 

Arrival time is from 15.00pm and departure time is 10am as the cleaner will usually start at 10.30am in preparation for other guests. There is some flexibility with these times but must be agreed prior to arrival. More information will be sent via email nearer your arrival date and is available in the caravan.
