Surrounded by 200 acres of natural beauty in Snowdonia National Park, you will be enchanted by wooded walks, cascading waterfalls, and panoramic mountain view.

Squirrels Retreat is our modern family owned 3-bedroom caravan, which sits in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just steps away from one of the enchanting woodland paths. Its standout feature is a large interesting, fully enclosed wildlife-friendly garden teeming with bird feeders, nest boxes, and vibrant plants that draw a great variety of birds, squirrels, rabbits, and badgers—perfect for nature lovers and photographers alike.

Unwind on the spacious composite deck with a covered balcony, ideal for enjoying morning coffee while birdwatching, rain or shine. Double glazing and central heating ensure year-round comfort, while thoughtful extras like DVDs, board games, books, toys, buckets, spades, an iron, hairdryer, first aid kit, and sewing kit create a true home-away-from-home. Duvets and pillows, along with mattress and pillow protectors are supplied as standard. We do not normally provide bed linen/towels, but happy to discuss options if this is something you would want us to do.

The Property compises of: main bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed and 3rd bedroom with a full size single bed. Well equipped Kitchen, full size gas cooker, full size Fridge freezer and a good selection of kitchen utensils. Various pots/pans, kettle, toaster, Microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Air fryer, Cafetiere, electric egg poacher. Dining table and 4 chairs. Large comfortable lounge area with 3 seater & 2 seater settees, electric fire, large LED Ambilight Smart TV, DVD player and Alexa Echo. Outside covered balcony area.

* £100 deposit to secure a booking

* Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival

* £150 security bond ( £100 returning guests) required 7 days prior to arrival and returned within 7 days of the end of your stay, once caravan has been checked. 

* All guests must be on the booking form

*no visitors to the caravan.

* NO SMOKING/VAPING in the caravan or on the decking area.

* No Pets allowed, but please be advised we have on the odd occasion had a family pet stay and although it's been throughly cleaned after each visit, it may not be suitable for allergy sufferers.
