Enjoy breathtaking sea views from this cliff-top caravan, with sweeping vistas across Torbay towards Torquay and Brixham. Just a stone’s throw from the Paignton and Dartmouth heritage steam railway, the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway with plenty to see.

The caravan features a modern interior and comfortably sleeps four people. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, flat screen TV with Freeview and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin room, also with a flat screen TV with Freview and fitted wardrobes.

The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is ideal for socialising and relaxing, a large TV with freeview and DVD player plus sliding patio doors that open out onto a small front deck. The kitchen is equipped with a full size electric oven, full size fridge, small freezer, kettle, toaster, cuttlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

There is larger decked area to the side of the caravan offers additional outdoor space and is located by the main entrance. Outdoor table and chairs are located on the decking to enjoy dining ouside whilst enjoying the view. 

Inside, you'll find central heating throughout and a cosy electric fire in the lounge for cooler evenings. Duvets and pillows are provided. You can bring your own bed linen or rent bedding directly from the park. Towels are not provided, please bring your own. 

Travel cot is not provided.

The Torbay area of Devon is a wonderful destination for a holiday, and Waterside Holiday Park is ideally located for exploring everything it has to offer. Whether you're travelling by car or using public transport, you'll find it easy to get around — a convenient bus service stops right outside the park entrance with regular routes to Brixham, Paignton, and Torquay.

For those who enjoy walking, the park offers direct access to the South West Coast Path. From here, you can stroll to the nearby beaches at Goodrington and Broadsands, or discover the hidden coves along the coastline. Feeling adventurous? You can even follow the path all the way around the bay for a scenic and invigorating hike.

A £50 holding deposit will be required and will be discounted from your holiday price. A £200 breakages fee will be required and returned to you once the caravan has been checked for breakages, missing items etc.

On the cusp of the Paignton area lies Waterside Holiday Park, with its spectacular views of the South Devon coastline and the ocean. From its elevated position, you will enjoy stunning views of the Torbay coastline, and it is close to the fabulous beaches and attractions of the famed English Riviera. Stay at Waterside and you can take a trip to beautiful Goodrington Sands and Broadsands, award winning Blue Flag beaches, ideal for swimming exploring rock pools and other water activities.  Cafes with outside and inside seating to enjoy the views. They can both be accessed either by walking on the coastal path or by car.

On the park, you'll find an indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with a bar and restaurant which takes influence from the style of a traditional pub. During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining. Some entertainment is provided during the holiday season and various activities for the families to take part in.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking. It’s all here in this ideal Devon location.

The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location. There is parking close to all the caravans.  There are regular bus services outside the park, which will take you to all the surrounding areas.
