Welcome to our much loved holiday home, minutes away from the beach!
Our caravan is modern and cosy with 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 6. We are located at Seaview Holiday Park, its walking distance to Whistable and Herne Bay, 10 mins drive to Canterbury and a little further to Margate and Broadstairs. Amenities on site include a clubhouse with bar & restaurant, kids play area & arcade. There is direct to the beach from the holiday park. Please note the pool & clubhouse require passes which are to be purchased from reception.

A 2 bed cosy static caravan with spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with essentials along with a toaster and kettle. We have cleaning products, tea towels, toilet roll, iron and ironing board and other essentials. We have two bathrooms, one is a toilet, the other is an en-suite to the master bedroom and has a toilet and shower.

Super fast Wi-Fi is included for free.

Cleaning is charged at £40 this is an automatic fee.

Optional add ons are:
Bed linen: £12 for the doubles & £8 each for the singles. All 100% cotton.
Large bath sheet towels: £9 each . All are thick 100% cotton.
These costs are purely to cover the launder costs. If you’d like to bring your own sheets and towels you are very welcome to!

Payment terms:

We require a £100 security deposit to secure your booking & all bookings must be fully paid within 4 weeks of your arrival date.

Please note the deposit is non refundable unless cancelled 4 weeks before arrival date.

After full inspection of the property your security deposit will be returned to you. The holiday home must be left without damages, bins emptied, dishes washed.

All payments to be made via bank transfer.

Check in & Check out:

Arrival time is 3pm and check out is 10am - we can potentially schedule a late check out if required chargeable at £15 however this is dependant on our cleaners schedule.

The heated swimming pool is available April till October.
Please note to use the pool and club house passes will need to be purchased from reception at the time of writing 3/4 nights cost £15 per adult and £10 per child. Day passes are £7 per adult and £5 per child.
There is also an on site shop and launderette.

Rules:

• No single sex parties or under 21's bookings please see holiday website for further details.
• Pets - one small, well behaved pet allowed. Strictly no pets on the sofas or beds. Pets cost £20.
• Please remove shoes upon entering the caravan.
• Please do not smoke inside the caravan.
• No parties.
• Single sex groups please message before booking.
• Must adhere to all Park Holiday guest rules.
• Quiet time in the park is 11pm to 7.30am.

Located right on the beach between the popular seaside resorts of Whitstable and Herne Bay.

The park’s facilities are centred around the main entertainment venue and we are continually working to make this venue EVEN better for our new holiday guests. With so many places to visit, you will probably want to spend most days touring the garden of England. Famous castles, fishing ports, cathedral cities and dramatic coastal scenery are all within a short drive from Seaview.

Back on the park in the evening, join us for a warm welcome in the bar or a tasty supper in our cafe that will set you up for the brilliant entertainment, which is extra special at weekends and during the peak season.
