A £100 security deposit is payable at the time of booking.
4 weeks prior to arrival, the balance of the holiday cost is due. This is non refundable once paid. If cancelled prior to your stay, only the security deposit is refunded.

After your stay, and providing there has been no damage, the security deposit is refunded. A thorough inspection is carried out prior to guests arriving and any known damage will be highlighted to you. Should any damage occur during your stay, we would like to be informed. If need be, the cust would be deducted from your security deposit.
Situated directly opposite the West Sands beach in Arbroath, with a host of ever popular attractions nearby including the harbour and Arbroath Abbey, Red Lion Holiday Park is the perfect holiday destination.
