Payment – £50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Full payment due 6 weeks before arrival.
Guests – Only those listed on the booking may stay. Overcapacity may result in immediate removal without refund.
House Rules – No pets. No smoking/vaping inside. Report accidents or damage immediately.
Care & Cleanliness – Leave the caravan tidy and damage-free. Additional charges may apply for breakages or extra cleaning.
Bond – Covers damage, extra cleaning, pets, untidy caravan, or unreturned keys/fobs. Bond refunded within 7 days.
Cancellations – >6 weeks: loss of deposit. ≤6 weeks: loss of all payments. No refund if stay is cut short. Government restrictions: transfer booking or refund.
Liability & Safety – Guests are responsible for personal property and supervision of children. The caravan is used at your own risk.
The Promenade Caravan Park is located in the popular resort of Ingoldmells and benefits from direct beach access. The popular Fantasy Island Theme Park is located nearby, which is a great day out for all the family.
There is a local bus service which can take you to the nearby seaside resorts of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards as well as Butlins.
