Located on Haven Quay West site, there are a wide range of amazing facilities for indoor and outdoor activity enthusiasts. Haven activity passes can be purchased separately through the Haven website or on site. Prices and availability subject to change so please check direct with Haven if you wish to use their facilities.

**Convenience Included:**  

To make your arrival stress-free, beds will be made up before you arrive, towels are provided, and tea towels are included, allowing you to settle in and start your holiday right away.

 Dog-Friendly Policy:

- **Pet Policy:** We warmly welcome up to two well-behaved, trained dogs, provided they are no larger than Cockapoo size.

- **Restrictions:** Please note that moulting breeds and puppies under 12 months are not permitted. If you have any specific breed inquiries, don't hesitate to contact us for clarification.

 Deposit & Care:

A £100 deposit is required,  which will be refunded on changeover, assuming the home is left in the same condition as it was found. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

Charging electric vehicles on the premises is strictly prohibited, and meter readings will be taken before and after your stay to ensure compliance with this policy.

As this is our personal home when not occupied by guests, we kindly request that you treat it with care, allowing future visitors to enjoy it just as you will.
