Lovely 8 berth caravan on Presthaven with double glazing and CH.

The caravan is nice and spacious and has all your essentials for a lovely holiday. Including Tv/dvd player with plenty of dvds. Xbox and games. Books and board games for those chill days.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics plus extras including dolce coffee maker, air fryer, toaster & slow cooker. Fridge freezer. Cleaning products are provided. 

Pull out double bed in the living room plus 3 bedrooms.

Double bed plus 4 singles.

Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet..plus a separate toilet.

The caravan is Pet friendly for your furbabies ..there is a small charge of £10 per pet.

Wi-Fi available.

Cot and Highchair available on request. (There is a refundable £20 deposit). 

Towels are not provided so please bring your own. 

The caravan is in a lovely secluded spot which gets the sun all day,iIt also has a patio area with table and chairs and secluded garden area for the kids to play.

• A £100 damage deposit is taken to cover any breakages or damages to the caravan. This is returned within 7 days to your bank account after satisfactory checks are made.
• The above £100 will also act as your deposit to secure your holiday with the outstanding payments of the hire of the caravan to be paid 6 weeks before holiday commences.
• All holidays booked with less than 6 weeks to your holiday date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Any cancellations must be done no later than 4 weeks before arrival. This will incur a charge of £50 from the £100 deposit which will be non refundable. This gives us time to re advertise the caravan dates.
• Any cancellations after this date will incur loss of all the deposit and any monies paid. You can have a date change free of charge. Any extra costs will be added on to the final charge.
• Holiday passes are not included. These are bought from the main reception on site.
• Travel cot and High chair are available on request. This will be a £20 deposit. This will be returned to you on satisfactory checks. Please take care of them so other guests can use them. 
• If bringing your furbaby, please do not allow them on the furniture or. In the bedrooms. If it is found they have been in the bedrooms, this will result in immediate loss of deposit. 
• NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN AT ALL
• NO CANDLES IN THE CARAVAN.
• If this is found to of happened you will immediately lose your deposit. 
• Arrival is from 4pm unless an early check in has been agreed. If the caravan is ready earlier, I will message you to let you know. You can arrive on park anytime. 
• Departure is no later than 10:30 unless agreed beforehand.
• We as the caravan owners accept no responsibility of any loss or damages to your, family or friends belongings whilst at the caravan. It is your responsibility to look after your things.
• Sorry no hen or stag parties allowed, this is haven rules.
