My caravan is home from home as everything you need washing machine in kitchen area full size fridge freezer hairdryer Highchair 1st bedroom double bed 2rd bedroom two single 3rd bedroom full size bunk beds as a veranda with gate can park car right next to caravan shop is right by my caravan.

1) no pets of any kind  2) no smoking is allowed inside caravan 3) main hire must be 25 years old or above and must be staying at caravan  4) if for any reason you have to cancel there will be no refund,deposit or bond 5) there is no releting of the caravan unless agreed with myself  and name and addresss change over fee as been paid if found reletting you will be asked to leave caravan with no refund whats so ever 6) £50 deposit which comes off the price of caravan hire and a £75 bond which dose not come off caravan hire but you get back when all keys and car passes are returned and there is no damages 7) full balance will be due 8 weeks before your hoilday date any booking made 8 weeks or less before hoilday will have to be paid in full 8) arrival time is (3pm) onwards this is to allow sufficient time for cleaning to be done before you arrive 9) departure time is by (11am) on day of leaving 10) caravan should be left in the same clean and tidy condition as you find it any damage or breakages should be reported before your departure and fixed or replaced if on arrival there are any please inform us as soon as possible so we do not charge you and take necessary action 11) keys and barrier passes should be returned to us within 5 working days from the frist monday of your departure by recorded delivery 1st class on receipt of them your £75 bond will be refunded as long as there are no breakages or damage 12) we accept no responsibility for lose or damage to your cars or belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in our caravan oak 1016 kingfisher 13)it is recommended that you may want to purchase some form of hoilday insurance for you and your party as there is no insurance included with this hoilday hire of oak 1016 kingfisher 14)PLEASE RESPECT THE OTHER NEIGHROURING CARAVANS AND NO ANTI-SOCIABLE BEHAVIOUR SHOULD TAKE PLACE WHEN HIRING CARAVAN OAK 1016 KINGFISHER IF ANY IS REPORTED YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CARAVAN PARK WITH NO REFUND OF ANY KIND
