All guests must check in at the office.
At the moment we cannot accommodate arrivals later than 8pm. This is an important detail as if guests arrive after this time they will be turned away.
We need all the contact details, address and mobile contact number of all guests.
The caravan will be deep cleaned, and all surfaces sanitized thoroughly.
Ample cleaning materials will be left for guests so that they can clean regularly during their stay.
We advise that guests bring hand sanitizers and face coverings especially if they plan to travel on public transport or visit supermarkets and shops.
All members of the party must attend the office and wear a face mask to check in and all guests will have their temperature taken. If they have a temperature of 38C or higher will be turned away, should any member of guest’s party show symptoms of Covid-19 they are not to travel to the Park. Should this happen please ensure that we are notified that the guest will not be arriving.
Guests may be asked by security or another member of staff to again have their temperature taken.

All guests are asked to go the gov.wales website to ensure they are aware of the restrictions in Wales at the time of their visit. Please be aware that Wales is a few weeks behind the rest of the UK, and the rules differ considerably.
As and when we are aware of changes, we will of course let you know, but please visit the Welsh Government website regularly to check on current restrictions. Thank you for understanding, keep safe.

Booking payments by bank transfer is preferred method of payment, cleared cheque is also possible (allowing time for cheque to clear). Payment in full should be cleared one month before stay.
Please note that if you want to secure dates, a £50 fully refundable deposit will be required this also acts as a keybond. This will be only be refunded up to 14 days after departure following checks made after guests leave, providing there is no damage or missing items and the caravan is left clean and tidy, ie the same as when guests arrive. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
Please advise on initial enquiry how many adults, children the booking is for with all details and if you are bringing a dog.
A well behaved house trained dog is welcome,but is not to be left unattended at anytime and is not allowed on the furniture, sofa or beds. The dog must be on a lead at all times whilst on the site.
Names and Ages of all occupants are required upon booking.
No smoking in the caravan or decking area. No candles to be used in the caravan at anytime.
Vehicle registration number is required in advance so that a free pass can be provided ahead of your stay. Guests must sign in to the office on arrival.
Keys must be collected from the office.
