Our holiday home has a full balcony with a disabled accessible ramp for those with mobility difficulties,which benefits from sea views with direct access to the beach.

We are situated on the new development which is a 12 month season and we take bookings within the 12 months.

Our luxury 4 berth holiday home contains a master bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom and a twin bedded room. We normally provide Luxury Egyptian Cotton Bedding made for arrival. But due to the coronavirus situation we ask you to provide your own towels and duvet covers and pillow case covers and sheets. We provide duvets and pillows that are in protective covers and matress protectors that are changed before the next guest arrives The holiday home can sleep  up to four people. Double glazed with central heating.There is a gas fire in the lounge. A microwave, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are included. TV/DVD (Freeview). Electricity and gas are included in the price.

WiFi is available by obtaining and paying for a voucher from the office reception.

There is car parking space by the side of the caravan.  Full side and front Decking and also a ramp with gate and patio furniture. Sea Views. One well behaved house trained dog welcome by arrangement.

Please supply your own bedding and towels at the moment due to the Covid 19 situation.

All guests must check in at the office.

At the moment we cannot accommodate arrivals later than 8pm. This is an important detail as if guests arrive after this time they will be turned away.

We need all the contact details, address and mobile contact number of all guests.

The caravan will be deep cleaned, and all surfaces sanitized thoroughly.

Ample cleaning materials will be left for guests so that they can clean regularly during their stay.

All guests are asked to go the gov.wales website to ensure they are aware of the restrictions in Wales at the time of their visit.

Booking payments by bank transfer is preferred method of payment, cleared cheque is also possible (allowing time for cheque to clear). Payment in full should be cleared one month before stay.

Please note that if you want to secure dates, a £50 fully refundable deposit will be required this also acts as a keybond. This will be only be refunded up to 14 days after departure following checks made after guests leave, providing there is no damage or missing items and the caravan is left clean and tidy, ie the same as when guests arrive. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.

Please advise on initial enquiry how many adults, children the booking is for with all details and if you are bringing a dog. 

A well behaved house trained dog is welcome,but is not to be left unattended at anytime and is not allowed on the furniture, sofa or beds. The dog must be on a lead at all times whilst on the site. 

Names and Ages of all occupants are required upon booking. 

No smoking in the caravan or decking area. No candles to be used in the caravan at anytime.

Vehicle registration number is required in advance so that a free pass can be provided ahead of your stay. Guests must sign in to the office on arrival.

Keys must be collected from the office.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT GUESTS ARRIVING ON SITE ANY LATER THAN 8PM WILL BE TURNED AWAY

Departure by 10.00am, we reserve the right to charge £10 per hour for late departures.

Sunnyvale is one of the UK’s longest established holiday parks and under the ownership of the Jones family for over 5 decades.

Sunnyvale enjoys an enviable location surrounded on 3 sides by water and considered a mecca in North Wales for water sports, fishing and boat enthusiasts. The beach is long and sandy with direct access from the park. There are two nature reserves to the east and west of our boundary, with a stunning array of flora and fauna. Boat launching and storage nearby at the beautiful fishing harbor, where chartered trips along the coast can be booked.

Within walking distance to the multi million pound developed Rhyl promenade, which boasts attractions such as SC2 a brand new water park with the UKs largest Tag Active, Vue Cinema, Seaquarium with live seal shows conservation programme and sea life exhibits, The Pavillion which hosts a wide range of variety shows and flagship 1862 restaurant. There are countless restaurants on our doorstep including cafes, pubs, take-aways a fairground, a market which means plenty for the family to do off the park.

Within a short drive, there is Snowdonia National Park, a stunning mountainous area with beautiful villages and breathtaking scenery and walks to enjoy. Within the National Park area are located world renowned adventure activities, such as GoApe, Surf Snowdonia and Zip World to name but a few. Something for all ages and abilities.

Sunnyvale, although a small, quiet park, has a children’s adventure playground, all weather sports pitch and The Galley Bar.
