The Cockle Shell holiday caravan is a two bed modern, cosy, seaside retreat that sleeps up to 6. 

Located in Seaview Holiday Park which is just beside the sea wall on Swalecliffe beach. With easy access to Whitstable, Herne Bay & Canterbury, as well as the famous Oyster Bay Trail right on your doorstep, it's the perfect base to explore. 

The caravan itself is fully equipped with all the modern day appliances & equipment, including a dishwasher to save the washing up & a washer dryer for those who like to stay on top of the holiday washing.

The accommodation is provided with lots of home comforts & extras to make your stay as carefree as possible. 

Relax & unwind in this beautiful spot on the Kent Coast; the bistro set on our patio area is lovely for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail whilst enjoying the bbq and outdoor dining area. 

Stay connected with the unlimited wifi package (small additional charge applicable) or maybe go off grid in search of adventure in your walking shoes or on your bicycle. 

Save the luggage space with a our baby items and beach day equipment, our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. 

The Park itself boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool, weekend entertainment within the family bar & club house, arcades & a play park.* 

The perfect get away for some quality family time, a cosy couples retreat or a fun filled friends catch up.

Accommodation comprises of a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, freezer, gas hob & cooker, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. A coffee machine, kettle, toaster, water filter jug & slow cooker are also provided as well as all cooking, glassware & dining items.

The Kitchen is stocked with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate & sugar. We also provide some cooking oil, salt, pepper & vinegar & tin foil, cling film, baking paper. 

Cleaning products are on hand so you don't have to bring them from home. Washing up liquid, kitchen spray, dishwasher tablets & some clothes washing pods - sponges, cloths etc all provided for you to use. 

The living area has a smart TV with DVD player, bluetooth music system and electric fire, with patio door access outside. The corner sofa is a double sofa bed with bedding available to sleep 2.

The Master bedroom has a double sized bed, all linen provided with ensuite toilet, walk in wardrobe, hairdryer & Smart TV. 

The Twin bedroom has two single beds, linen provided with a fitted wardrobe and storage cupboards plus a TV-DVD combi.

The main shower room has a large mixer tap shower cubicle. Laundry, ironing & cleaning equipment are provided.

The caravan is double glazed throughout with gas central heating. 

The outside area presents a dining area seating up to 6, BBQ and bistro seating area.

Parking bays available close by.  

Grass pitch plot based in the central area.

Located right on the beach between the popular seaside resorts of Whitstable and Herne Bay.

The park’s facilities are centred around the main entertainment venue and we are continually working to make this venue EVEN better for our new holiday guests. With so many places to visit, you will probably want to spend most days touring the garden of England. Famous castles, fishing ports, cathedral cities and dramatic coastal scenery are all within a short drive from Seaview.

Back on the park in the evening, join us for a warm welcome in the bar or a tasty supper in our cafe that will set you up for the brilliant entertainment, which is extra special at weekends and during the peak season.
