Welcome to our caravan here on dyffryn seaside estate.

On this site you’ll find

Things you need to take with you,

1. Bottom bed sheets

2. Quilts

3. Pillows

4. Tea towels

5. Hand towels

6. Bath towels

7. Bath mat to step out onto

All beds have mattress protectors only

you must take your own quilts and pillows

Things you need to do upon arriving

1. Make sure boiler switch (bottom of timer) is flicked to the ON position. The boiler is inside the cupboard in the separate toilet room then,

2. Turn on both gas bottles outside the dining room window.

3. Use the thermostat outside the bathroom to control the caravan temperature. If the heating is not needed just turn the thermostat down to 10

4. Make sure fridge/freezer is turned on by the mains

Front room has plenty seating with freeview tv/dvd

shower room and also seperate second toilet.

Main bedroom has double bed with built in storage

Twin room 1, has 2 singles with a double mattress topper to convert and built in storage

Twin room 2, has 2 single beds and built in storage

There is also a fold out bed in living room suitable for 2

There is a selection of dvds and indoor games in the cupboards.

The bunker outside has a few oudoor games and sports equitment

General rules and usage

1. No animals or pets allowed

2. No smoking

3. No shoes inside the caravan

4. Always use foil to cover trays in oven

5. Always use splatter guard in microwave

6. No sweets or food to be eaten in living room

Things to do when leaving the caravan.

1. Take all bedding and towels you arrived with

2. Empty all bins the dispose of rubbish in bins provided on the site

3.Please remove anything you have brought, don't leave any food in cupboards or fridge freezer

4. leave gas bottles and boiler on

Please clean up after yourselves and leave caravan as you found it

Please report any damage caused or problems you experienced with the caravan

There is a new security barrier on the caravan site entrance with the access card in our caravan. so please park up in carpark near shop and walk to the caravan to get access card, so you can get your car to the caravan, plese remember to leave the barrier card at the caravan when you leave.

All customers to arrive no earlier than 6pm Sunday, and to check out the following Sunday by 10 am.unless other arrangements have been arranged with us and our cleaners prior to your holiday.

we work shift patterns so not always available to answer the phone, but try both numbers

We ask for £100 deposit and the remaining balance to be paid in full no later then 4 weeks before holiday starts.

we also require a £100 cleaning/damage deposit, fully refunded upon inspection provided occupants leave the caravan clean and report any damage 

if your booking is within the 4 weeks then full balance is required upon booking.

The estate is beautifully situated near Harlech and Barmouth and it sums up Meirionnydd’s own proud motto, Tra Mor, Tra Meirion; betwixt sea and mountain.

Two miles of magnificent beach, mostly sand, offers joy to kiddies and adults alike. The Estate greets you with an immediate sense of release and space; 800 acres of it, all level and much pleasantly planted with trees. To these natural endowments has been added every modern facility.

The Sea on one hand, the mountains on the other, Dyffryn is always beckoning to someone.

Parents can keep an eye on their children on the magnificent open shore, where the sand spreads as far as you can see.

The Estate’s fine health & leisure complex encloses a lovely mosaic swimming pool of mediterranean blue.

The Dolphin’s and greek key designs are based on those of spain, the pool is just part of the facilities which include sauna, steam room and spa bath.
