Our caravan is classed as a Prestige Deluxe model; located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the BROADLANDS area of the park. The children's playground, activity centre, entertainment centre, swimming pool and beach are all 5 minutes’ walk away.

A cement parking space is provided.  Our fixtures and fittings are to a high standard.  There is a spacious kitchen / diming area with a gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine/ dryer.  Good quality utensils are provided as well as cleaning materials.  There is also an ironing board, iron and a vacuum cleaner.

In the lounge, there are electric recliner sofas with scatter cushions. The TV is a 32" LCD / DVD player with a separate HD recorder.  Under it is a log effect electric heater.   Patio doors open to a veranda with garden chairs and a coffee table.

The master bedroom has a double bed, 22" TV, bedside cabinets, wardrobes, dressing table with mirror and drawers, and an ensuite shower / WC.  The two twin rooms have a bedside cabinet, wardrobes, over-bed storage cupboards and mirrors.  One has a 23" TV. There is a bathroom with a bath /shower, basin and WC.

All pillows and duvets are supplied, as well as bed linen: sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers.  Two tea towels are provided, but you will need to bring your own towels for personal use and for swimming.

All gas, electric and water rates are included in the price of your holiday.

If you wish to use the park's leisure facilities i.e. swimming pool and entertainment, you will require Play Passes which can be purchased either in advance or from reception on arrival.  You can purchase them in advance once we have confirmed your booking: you may then book sessions for swimming etc in advance.  For more details see haven.com/play-pass.

We prefer to let it for a full week (Saturday to Saturday).  A deposit of £75 is required in order to make a booking.  A damage deposit of £150 is required 8 weeks beforehand (the booking fee can be included), and will be refunded shortly after your departure with a satisfactory report from our cleaner.  Smoking and pets are not allowed.  If smoking is found to have taken place the damage deposit will not be returned: this is to cover the extra cost of cleaning.

The caravan can be occupied at 1 pm onwards on the arrival date, and needs to be vacated by 10 am sharply on the departure date to allow for a full cleaning and change of bed linen.
