Welcome to our well-presented, very clean, modern caravan to hire at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park. This is our third season with the caravan, and we look forward to welcoming guests and building a regular client base. The caravan is just 100 meters from the beach and very close to all the facilities on a level part of the park. There is also furniture outside in the small enclosed garden.

 Check-in is from 3.30 pm check-out is by 10.30 am.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with full-size fridge freezer, full-size oven, hob, microwave, two air fryers, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need.

Living Area: Fitted furniture giving plenty of seating and also a sofa bed. We are equipped with a 43 inch smart TV and Xbox360  with a selection of DVDs (played through the x-box) books and games for your use. 

Dining Area: Table and chairs with seating for six guests.

Bedroom One: Double bed, double wardrobe and bedside units, and en-suite toilet.

Bedroom Two: Twin beds (can be made into a double on request), bedside cabinet, and single wardrobe.

Bathroom: Shower enclosure, WC, and sink.

Gas-safe and electrical tests are carried out annually.

Full central heating throughout the van.

Family-friendly 

Parking outside the van for two vehicles. All gas and electricity are included as well as 6 entertainment passes for access to all 3 pools. sauna jacuzzi steam room gym and club.

The passes are for your use but if lost you will be charged £10 per pass to replace them. Free Wi-Fi is available via a new state-of-the-art modem in the caravan and 5g around the park.

Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the van will result in the loss of the security deposit.

Facilities-

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park itself has 2 outdoor heated pools; a small one for children and a large one for adults. Inside the Jurassic Fun Centre, there are another couple of children's pools, together with fun slides and water features, along with a large indoor adults’ pool with a Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room around the pool. On the same floor, there is a hair salon, amusements, and pool tables. Upstairs there is a bar/restaurant (with takeaway service) and also a 10-pin bowling alley. 

Also on site is a huge entertainment bar where there is usually something happening during the day and then entertainment at night. There are also 2 other bars, one for adults only. With a host of magicians, comedians, tribute acts, and cabaret, I'm sure there's something for everyone.

Outside are the award-winning toilet and shower blocks. You will be amazed at the quality and cleanliness of these. Next, there is the supermarket, which has practically anything you will need for your stay, especially if you don't venture outside of the holiday park.

Next door to the holiday park is Bridport Golf Club which is available to non-members,  and a bit further along is the market town of Bridport, which hosts its famous street markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The resorts of Lyme Regis, Charmouth, and Weymouth are a short drive away, or you can even take the bus which stops right outside the site.

A £100 security deposit is required when booking your holiday to be paid to secure your booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks before your holiday. If your holiday is less than 6 weeks away from your booking date, we would require full payment along with the returnable £100 security deposit (This covers any breakages or extra cleaning which may be required). This will be refunded shortly after your holiday once the caravan has been checked.

Duvets and pillows with clean bedding are supplied. Please bring your own towels and beach towels. There is a private beach so we have room for kayaks and paddle boards in the garden area – seating and lights in the garden area.

DOGS- small/medium dogs are welcome. We ask that you disclose the breed when making your initial enquiry. There is an additional charge of £25 per dog which covers the extra cleaning for the next guests.

We prefer payment by PayPal or bank transfer.
