Pitch
Our van is situated on Osprey, at the end of a short quiet cul de sac. A short walk to the sites huge clubhouse with swimming pool, a number of food and drink options including Burger King and papa johns, two bars and a children’s arcade. The super market, outdoor swimming pool, children’s play area and park reception are all close by. The site also has direct access to Tenby’s stunning south beach.
Bedrooms
Double bedroom - One double bed with under bed storage, 32” smart tv, hairdryer, en suite with toilet and hand basin.
Two twin bedrooms - Both bedrooms have two twin beds.
All linen and bedding are included.
Bathrooms
Main family bathroom with fully enclosed shower, toilet and hand basin. Wall mirrored storage unit.
En suite WC in main double bedroom.
Towels not included.
Living area
Large living area with 40” smart TV with access to freeview channels and all streaming apps (Netflix, Apple TV, Disney +, BBC IPlayer, Amazon prime, etc).
2 free standing sofas, one 4 seater and one 2 seater.
Electric fireplace with low and high heating settings.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave, two compartment air fryer, tassimo coffee machine, kettle, 4 piece toaster. Cupboards fully equipped with all dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.
Outdoor areas
Two outdoor seating areas.
The first on the front decking with a 4 seat, drinks table and outdoor rug.
The second on the side patio area with a 4 seat outdoor dining table set.
Grassed area also to the side of the van.

Park amenities/entertainment
You will have access to the clubhouse and all it has to offer when staying with us. In the clubhouse there is a main restaurant, papa johns, Burger King, Millie’s cookies, upstairs the Marina & Stage bar has a big screen for sporting events and stage where all the entertainment takes place. The clubhouse also has an indoor pool and huge arcade area. Plenty of options and fun for family’s and couples.
There is also a well stocked supermarket on site and a laundrette. All close to Osprey 21.
Play passes can be purchased directly through haven online. Information will be send in an email after booking. Some of the activities available are:

Town and surrounding areas
Tenby town centre and all it has to offer is less than 5 minutes drive away, it can also be reached on foot (20/30 minute walk). One of the routes is to walk directly across the beach from kiln parks beach path to Tenby town. Tenby has so many amazing places to eat and drink, stunning beaches and a beautiful harbour.

Prices are set up as 4 night and 3 night stays. If you'd like to stay for 7 nights then contact myself and I'll combine the two prices, only one deposit would be required.
Check in/out and payments
Check in - 3pm
Check out - 10am
£50 deposit required then full payment 6 weeks prior to stay.
£100 refundable damages deposit required and will be returned providing there are no damages.
£25 pet supplement.
Key will be left in a lock box situated at the back of the caravan. Code will be sent prior to check in. Please return the key to the lock box before check out.
Kiln Park in South Wales is blessed with beautiful surroundings, including the picturesque seaside town of Tenby and its Blue Flag beach.
This park is perfect for a break away with your under 5 and it's packed to the gills with things to do! Splash and splosh down the water slides, or in the mini SplashZone of our heated indoor and outdoor pools. Or venture out to explore the bay and beyond. Tackle Crazy Golf, ten-pin bowling or tennis and swerve Welsh rainy days on our sports range. And if that's not enough, it's sister park, Lydstep Beach is just up the road if you fancy having a go at a variety of water sports. This park is perfect for a break away with your under 5.
