Our 2016 ABI Oakley Platinum grade caravan with 2 Bedrooms, is located on the Seaview Holiday Park, between Herne Bay and Whitstable. And can sleep upto 6 people.

We Do Not accept children 5 years and under. 

The caravan is fully cleaned using Anti-bacterial cleaning products, in between every booking.

There is Double Glazing and Central Heating throughout and is fully equipped for your stay. The following are included:

• Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt and Pepper + small carton of Milk.
• Cleaning products, including washing up liquid and hand wash.
• Kitchen and Toilet Rolls.
• All cutlery, pots and pans etc.
• All bed linen including pillows and duvets.  And made up on arrival.
• Please do not remove any Bed Linen for washing or any other reason. If you require new bedding then please contact us for fresh linen.
• Gas and Electricity.

The caravan has:

• 1 x Double Bedroom, with King size bed and En-suite. 
• 1 x Twin Bedroom,
• 1 x Pullout Small Double in the lounge.
• Toilet including Shower and Hand Basin.
• Full equipped Kitchen including Oven, Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge / Freezer and Dishwasher. 
• Decking Area and Outside Table, Chairs, Parasol and Outdoor Storage Bench.
• Super Fast Free WiFi. 

 The Park facilities include:

• Outdoor Swimming Pool.
• Adventure playground.
• Arcade.
• Clubhouse with bar that serves food and drinks. Passes are available on request from Reception. * * see note below.
• Regular entertainment for both Adults and Children.
• Launderette and Shop.

It is only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Seaview Holiday Park Does Not permit the use of Electric Scooters and Buggies on Site.

** Entertainment Passes are required for the Swimming Pool.
They can be purchased daily or for the whole stay from Reception.

When booking your holiday we require a £50.00 Non Refundable holding deposit, the balance to be paid in full 8 weeks before the date of your arrival.

A Damage Deposit of £50.00 is required and is included with your final balance payment, this will refunded within 24 hours of check out providing there isn't any damage to the caravan and contents.

There is a cancellation fee of the £50.00 deposit, if you cancel 6 weeks before your holiday arrival date.

If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your holiday arrival date, then there is a 50% cancellation fee of your total holiday cost.

If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your arrival date, then there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your holiday cost.

Booking Periods are:

WEEK: Saturday to Saturday.

WEEKEND: Friday to Monday.

MIDWEEK: Monday to Friday.

Our caravan is strictly a NON SMOKING/ VAPING caravan. Smoking is allowed outside provided that butts are disposed of tidily. If any smoke is smelt within the caravan, upon checkout, there is a risk of you losing some / all of your damage deposit.

All Park Holiday rules must be adhered to during your stay. Which includes No Single Sex Groups or Under 21's bookings.

If any maintenance work is ongoing during your stay, then this is beyond our control. The holiday park has a duty to keep the park well maintained. 

Located right on the beach between the popular seaside resorts of Whitstable and Herne Bay.

The park’s facilities are centred around the main entertainment venue and we are continually working to make this venue EVEN better for our new holiday guests. With so many places to visit, you will probably want to spend most days touring the garden of England. Famous castles, fishing ports, cathedral cities and dramatic coastal scenery are all within a short drive from Seaview.

Back on the park in the evening, join us for a warm welcome in the bar or a tasty supper in our cafe that will set you up for the brilliant entertainment, which is extra special at weekends and during the peak season.
