Probabaly the best uninterupted sea views of all of Torbay from Torquay to Brixham.See the fishing boats going in and out of Brixham harbour, sometimes they fish in the bay, there is also small pleasure boats people water skiing and local fishermen attending their crab or lobster pots. If you're very lucky dolphins have been spotted in the bay on occasions.

See the Devon railway steam train pass  by and wave to the passengers.

Private non slip decking area to side and front of caravan with, table and chairs and fantastic sea views,with secured gate,ideal for children. 

♦LOUNGE

Platinum graded caravan with stunning sea views through the sliding door that open out onto the decking area.Lounge seating area consists of fixed seating and a lounge armchair all looking out to sea , also a new 50 inch smart T.V. with unlimited wi-fi.  Either look out through the sliding door and windows at the stunning views or sit on the decking. Central heating for when it's chilly.

♦ KITCHEN - DINING AREA

You can cook your meal in the fully fitted and equiped kitchen area complete with gas cooker or for the quicker alternative you can use the microwave. Enjoy your meal at the table or out side at the patio set on the decking. Complete with full size fridge/freezer, double toaster ,kettle and every thing you will need for an enjoyable stay.

♦ BEDROOMS-SHOWER ROOM

Main bedroom consists of kingsize bed with wardrobe / cupboard space / and en-suite toilet & sink.

Second bedroom 2 single beds with wardrobe  / cupboard space.

Both bedrooms have mirrors, electrical sockets and centrally heated radiators.

Double bed settee is located in the lounge area.

Shower room has a  walk in shower with sink and toilet.

Me and my mum have just had a really lovely week in this caravan. It really is a home from home and very comfortable. The view is just something else, I have been coming to this park for as long as i can remember and this is absolutely the best caravan i have stayed in. A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required on all bookings to secure your holiday and deducted from total cost of booking. 

Balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday arrival date.

Payments can be made by Chequeand Bank Transfer.

A fully refundable £50 security deposit will apply to all bookings in case of damage which if no damage will be returned to you.

Complex passes are available for purchase at reception these are only necessary to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Please bring your own towels, tea towels and toiletries.

On the cusp of the Paignton area lies Waterside Holiday Park, with its spectacular views of the South Devon coastline and the ocean. From its elevated position, you will enjoy stunning views of the Torbay coastline, and it is close to the fabulous beaches and attractions of the famed English Riviera. Stay at Waterside and you can take a trip to beautiful Goodrington Sands and Broadsands, award winning Blue Flag beaches, ideal for swimming exploring rock pools and other water activities.  Cafes with outside and inside seating to enjoy the views. They can both be accessed either by walking on the coastal path or by car.

On the park, you'll find an indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with a bar and restaurant which takes influence from the style of a traditional pub. During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining. Some entertainment is provided during the holiday season and various activities for the families to take part in.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking. It’s all here in this ideal Devon location.

The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location. There is parking close to all the caravans.  There are regular bus services outside the park, which will take you to all the surrounding areas.
