Recently refurbished caravan situated on Manor Park within a short walking distance to facilities.

Has mains gas central heating and double glazing, there is a large veranda to side with seating/table area and enclosed by gate.

There are 2 bedrooms main has double bed with en-suite, 2 singles in second bedroom and main bathroom with shower.    There is also a pull out sofa bed in sitting room for guests. Bedding is included in rental  and are made up ready for arrival.

Please bring own towels for bathroom.

Kitchen has a gas cooker along with Air fryer that is large enough to cook pizzas.  There is also a dining table  area to side of kitchen.

Outside to front of caravan there is a hard standing area for off road parking.

Hunstanton beach is a few minutes walk from property.

This is a private rental so please treat it with respect and care. 

No smoking including Vapes allowed.

One small well behaved dog is allowed additional charges apply, please do not leave unattended in caravan, please bring bedding for own pet.   Bowls are supplied located in kitchen cupboard. 

Despoit and £50 waver refundable fee is requested at time of booking waver fee is refundable once inspection shows no damage or excessive cleaning needed. Full balance is required to be paid 6 weeks before stay. Cancellation of holiday will forfeit deposit.
