Recently refurbished caravan situated on Manor Park within a short walking distance to facilities.

Mains gas central heating, double glazing, large veranda to side with seating/table area and enclosed by gate. STARLINK Satellite WIFI

2 bedrooms main has double bed with en-suite toilet, 2 singles in second bedroom,  main bathroom with shower, pull out sofa bed in sitting room for guests. 

Bedding is included in rental beds made up ready for arrival.  Please bring own towels for bathroom.

Kitchen includes gas cooker,  Air fryer that is large enough to cook pizzas, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining table area to side of kitchen.

Outside to front of caravan there is a hard standing area for off road parking.

Hunstanton beach is a few minutes walk from property.

This is a private rental so please treat it with respect and care, No smoking including Vapes allowed.

One small dog is allowed, please do not leave unattended in caravan, please bring bedding for own pet.   Pet Bowls available under kitchen sink to use.

None refundable 20% Deposit is required to secure dates and remainder of balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival, £50 waver refundable fee is requested for bookings and will be refunded after checkout provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning.
