Peg 16 – Private Fishing Stay (New for 2026)

Peg 16 is a brand-new, pre-booking only, private fishing peg available from 2026, offering a comfortable and sheltered alternative to traditional bivvy fishing. Designed for up to two anglers sharing, it’s ideal for relaxed sessions, longer stays, or anglers who prefer their creature comforts close at hand.

Unlike standard fishing pegs, Peg 16 provides fixed accommodation right on the water, so there’s no need to bring a bivvy or bedchair. Inside, you’ll find two single beds, a Freeview TV, and WiFi, making it perfect for fishing in comfort, whatever the weather.

A small refreshment area includes a kettle and microwave, along with a welcome pack to get your stay started. Outside, there’s a well-lit seating area for evenings by the lake, plus a covered storage space to keep tackle and gear protected and organised.

Peg 16 can be booked for daytime fishing from £25 or 24-hour stays, from just £50, offering excellent value for a private, fully equipped fishing experience.

The lake is well stocked with a wide variety of species including carp up to 17lb, roach, rudd, ide, chub, bream, tench, perch and barbel, making Peg 16 suitable for multiple styles of fishing, from relaxed pleasure sessions to more focused angling.

Located in a peaceful rural setting, Lincoln Lane Lakes offers good honest fishing with a friendly, laid-back atmosphere — perfect for anglers looking to unwind without the hassle of setting up camp.

Peg 16 – Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• Peg 16 is pre-booking only.

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be made in full before your stay. 

• Bookings are available for daytime sessions or 24-hour stays.

2. Occupancy

• Peg 16 is suitable for a maximum of two anglers sharing.

3. Fishing

• Fishing is included for up to 2 rods per angler; additional rods are charged at our standard rates.

• All anglers must follow Lincoln Lane Lakes’ fish welfare and lake rules at all times.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Day bookings: Access from agreed start time until dusk.

• 24-hour bookings: Check-in from 12:00 pm, check-out by 12:00 pm the following day (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Equipment & Facilities

• Peg 16 includes beds, TV, WiFi, kettle, microwave, seating area, and covered storage.

• You will need your own bedding. 

• Guests are responsible for keeping the peg clean and tidy during their stay.

• Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately.

6. Deposit & Damage

• A £25 refundable damage deposit may be required.

• This will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.

7. Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking date may be refunded or transferred (at our discretion).

• Cancellations within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable.

8. Behaviour & Noise

• Please respect other anglers and our neighbours, and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and night hours.

• Antisocial behaviour may result in termination of the booking without refund.

9. Smoking & Open Flames

• No smoking or vaping inside the peg accommodation.

10. Weather & Ground Conditions

• Peg 16 is located outdoors and ground conditions may vary with weather.

• Suitable footwear is strongly recommended, especially in wetter months.

11. Heating

• There is a small bar heater to keep the chill off. Please bring your own gas or battery-powered heater if needed, and ensure the door is ajar for ventilation. 

Nestled on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Lincoln Lane Lakes is a hidden gem of a fishing lake just waiting to be discovered. The lake offers the perfect fishing experience. Stocked with carp, tench, bream, chub, perch, roach and barbel—some reaching up to 20 lbs—there’s always a good chance of landing something special.

Despite it's peaceful rural setting, it's incredibly easy to reach. Located just off the A46, you won’t have to navigate Lincolnshire’s notoriously tricky back roads—just a smooth, straightforward journey straight there.

Once on-site, you’ll be transported into the tranquillity of rural Lincolnshire, with views of the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds and a peaceful woodland entrance leading you into the heart of the fishing lake.
