Idyllic caravan set in it's own grounds overlooking a pond set in 7 acres of lovely well kept grounds. Ideal for a perfect quiet getaway 5 mins drive from the village of cross inn local pub & shops and 10mins from the stunning seaside village of New Quay.

* Kitchen - cooker/grill and separate gas hob, microwave, fridge.
* Bathroom with wash basin, toilet, shower and electric heater - Please bring your own towels.
* Bedrooms - one double - Please bring your own bed linen.
* Car park space by caravan.
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a lead around the caravan area We ask that pets are kept off the furniture and bedroom.

Bank transfer is our preferred method. Details will be given upon enquiry.
A refundable bond of £100 is required, which will be refunded within a week after departure.
