Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your holiday.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before arrival will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the dates.
• We recommend taking out holiday insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

4. Occupancy

• The caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 guests, including children.
• The lead guest must be 21 years or older and present for the duration of the stay.
• No additional guests or visitors are permitted to stay overnight without prior approval.

5. Smoking & Pets

• Strictly no smoking inside the caravan.
• Pets are not allowed, unless agreed in advance.

6. Damage & Cleanliness

• Guests are expected to leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.
• Any damage or breakages must be reported and may be charged for.
• A refundable security deposit may be required.

7. Site Rules

• All guests must adhere to the holiday park’s site rules, including quiet hours and the use of shared facilities.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the river and pool.

8. Facilities & Maintenance

• On-site facilities (e.g. pool, bar, play area) are managed by the holiday park and may be subject to seasonal availability or maintenance closures.
• We are not liable for any temporary unavailability of these amenities.

Riverview Holiday Park is set on the banks of the River Witham at Tattershall near Lincoln and offers a variety of facilities from indoor swimming pools to the onsite pub and restaurant. Fishing is available on the river bank too! There's lots of family fun to be had!

The park features a heated swimming pool, onsite pub and arcade, snooker table and pool table, fishing for onsite residents, and an 11-month holiday license. It is a also pet-friendly site. You can enjoy countryside walks, jet skiing, and water sports, 3 miles from the site.

Take off to Tattershall (around 10 minute’s drive) for a wander around Tattershall Castle – a proper textbook castle with a moat and 15th-century tower to potter around. Just outside the town is Tattershall Farm Park (15 minutes), where egg collecting, sheep shearing, and hanging out with hairy Highland cows are likely to meet with approval from tiddlers (and quite probably their elders too…). A day out in Lincoln (35 minutes) must surely be on the list – it’s got a real slice of history, being home to one of the four original copies of the Magna Carta. You’ll likely feel like you’ve stepped back in time if you catch a film at Kinema in the Woods (15 minutes) too: the flicks have been running since 1922 here, and there’s still a resident organist to provide the tunes. The bright lights and attractions of Skegness are approximately 40 40-minute drive away for a fantastic family day out.
