Stunning Sea View from The Lounge and also Decking. Recently acquired modern, double glazed with gas fire and electric heating, two bedroom caravan with raised and enclosed decking. Parking for one car (close to two car park too) Sleeps 6 (using pull out in lounge). Bedding can be provided for an additional charge of £30. Tea towels and shower mat also provided.

Garden 

Gated garden with patio and small table and chairs. Raised and enclosed decking with stunning sea view and coffee table and two chairs. There is lots of storage under the decking perfect for your fishing rods etc.

Living space

When entering the caravan, you will find that it is spacious, bright, and of a good layout.with a beautiful sea view. The living space has a gas fire and also a back up electric radiator. There is ample space at the dining table. 

The kitchen area is well equipped for your every day needs, including an airfryer. Tea towels and cleaning products are provided for your use.

Access to the bedrooms lead off from the living space via a hallway

Twin bedroom 

Twin beds with bedside table. Elcetric heater.

Main Double Bedroom

Good size double bedroom with large wardrobe, dressing table, smart TV and hairdryer. Wall mounted electric panel heater.

Shower Room

Shower, wash basin heated towel rail and toilet.  

Park Facilities 

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park boasts its own private beach and amazing facilities which include;

Outdoor Pool: recently renovated outdoor heated pools that lends themselves to every age group, whether it's a swim or just a paddle and splash. Enjoy the grassed pool area, which has a snack van in the pool grounds.

Site Shop: this shop is fully stocked with just about anything you may need and at very reasonable prices.

Jurasic Fun Centre: this is where you will find the hairdresser and nail salon. The Rolling Stones bar and restaurant, with a ten pin bowling alley  (which is an added cost).

The indoor swimming pools are also here, together with Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Gym.   The indoor pools have also been renovated with new slides to enhance your fun experience.

Atlantic Bar/Facility

This is where you will find the main entertainment bar and dance floor. It hosts various music acts/groups etc.

In this building you will also find the relaxing SunSet Bar/cocktail lounge (upper level), and the Cellar Bar, a smaller, intimate bar (lower level).

Wifi is installed directly into the caravan.

The van is dog friendly to small and medium size breeds and we ask for you to disclose the breed when making your initial enquiry. There is an additonal charge of £25 per dog.

A £200 non returnable deposit per week is required when booking your holiday to be paid to secure your booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If your holiday is less than 6 weeks away from your booking date we would require full payment along with the returnable good housekeeping bond.  This covers any breakages or extra cleaning which may be required.  This will be refunded shortly after your holiday once caravan has been checked.

DOGS A small / medium dog may be considered at an additional cost of £25 a week.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).

You can hire caravan holiday homes or pitch your tent, tourer or motorhome in our camping fields.
