A modern and spacious 2-bedroom caravan, sleeping up to 6 people.

Dogs are welcome (max 2) at an additional charge. Beachside Holiday Park is dog friendly and there are no restrictions to the exercising of dogs on the beach, even in high season.

Duvets and blankets can be supplied at an additional cost. 

Pillows are provided. 

Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not supplied.

Outside there is a large, fully enclosed decking area, with patio table, chairs, and sun umbrella - ideal for families with small children or those who wish to bring their dogs.

Beachside Holiday Park located on the 7-mile stretch of sandy beaches, which extends from Burnham on Sea to Brean Down. There is direct walking access to the beach from the site.

The on-site licenced Sundowner Grill/Cafe caters for all the family offering a wide range of snacks and meals, seasonal entertainment and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

There are pubs, restaurants and take-aways within walking distance, to suit all the family.

Local shops are a 10-minute walk from the Beachside Holiday Park, where all essential shopping items are available, with larger shops and supermarkets at Burnham on Sea or Weston-Super-Mare.

Brean Leisure Park is a short walk away, offering rides, amusements, go karting, as well as both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a pay-and-play golf course, fishing lake, and restaurants and snack bars.

There is plenty to do locally, but should you wish to explore, Brean is within easy travelling distance of:
Weston-Super-Mare with its fabulous new pier and ‘Weston Eye’
Cheddar with its famous Gorge and Caves
Wookey Hole Caves
Wells
Glastonbury
Street with the famous Clarks Outlet Village
The Quantocks, Mendip, and Pollen Hills.

Bath and Bristol, with their many attractions, are both options for day trips.

Bookings are taken:
Friday - Monday (3 nights)
Monday - Friday (4 nights)
7 night breaks starting on Friday/Saturday/Monday.

No mid-week bookings taken.

Booking and Payment Terms:

£100 non-returnable deposit for up to 7 nights, and £150 for 7 - 14 nights. This is payable at the time of booking.

The balance and a £100 care and respect bond (£150 for a 2-week booking, £200 for same sex groups) are payable 6 weeks before the start of the booking. Once paid, the balance is non-refundable.

DOGS:
* Dogs are welcome at the cost of £45 per booking, regardless of the length of stay. 
* Maximum number of dogs is 2. 
* Discount for a 2nd dog. 

ADDITIONAL CARS: 
* There is an additional charge of £6.00/night for an additional car - maximum of 2 cars/booking. 

DUVETS and BLANKETS:

* Single Duvet - £3.00
* Blanket - £2.00

PLEASE NOTE: Some of these additional costs will  be in addition to the total price quoted in your enquiry.

Any changes to the information provided on the booking form will be subject to a £20.00 administration charge. 

Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of both the booking form and deposit.

The care and respect bond is refunded within 7 days after the end of your holiday, subject to satisfactory caravan inspection.

If a holiday is booked less than 6 weeks prior to the start date, full payment will be required on booking.

Beachside Holiday Park  is a family run park which lies between the main coast road and the famous Brean Sands which stretch for seven golden glorious miles from Brean down to the attractive small resort of Burnham-on-Sea.

The Park has been created on the original slopes and contours of the dunes by Clive, Sally and Tony James who have been the resident proprietors since 1986, and is far enough away from the village to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere but near enough to walk to the varied attractions that Brean has to offer. Walking from the entrance of the park towards the sea you will find our childrens play equipment, picnic area and pathway to the beach, and to the south, the Berrow dunes nature reserve.
