Luxury, clean and modern 2 bedroom caravan, sleeping up to 6 people, 33' x 12'. There is one large double bedroom, with overbed units, dressing table with shaver point, single and double fitted wardrobes, and electric heating. One twin room, with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and electric heater. The bathroom is heated, with a good sized shower. The living area has a dining room table and 4 chairs, a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofabed, gas fire, and a TV, with FreeView, and DVD player.  There is ample storage room and a selection of games and books will be left for your enjoyment. The airy and spacious fully fitted modern kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, hoover and window clothes airer. Duvets and pillows are supplied but bed linen is not. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

Outside there is a gated decking and veranda, with table and chairs. There is a grassed area behind the caravan which can be used for BBQ’s, or lying in the sun.

Price per night varies according to time of year. 1 week in high season is £675

Bookings are taken:
Friday - Monday (3 nights)
Monday - Friday (4 nights)
7 night breaks starting on Friday/Saturday/Monday.

Dogs are welcome at an additional charge (£7.50/night). The beach and site is dog friendly all year round - no restrictions apply on the beach in high season.

£100 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking (£150 for 2 weeks, £200 for group bookings),  and on receipt of the booking form.

The balance, plus a refundable care and respect bond of £100, must be paid in full 6 weeks before the holiday commences. Once paid, the balance is non-refundable.

There is an additional charge for a second car  - £6/night. Cars will need to be registered with the site reception so that a pass can be issued for parking on site.

If a booking is made less than 6 weeks before the date of the holiday, then full payment is required at the time of booking.

The care and respect bond is refunded within 7 days after the end of your holiday, subject to satisfactory caravan inspection.

If a holiday is booked less than 6 weeks prior to the start date, full payment will be required on booking.

Beachside Holiday Park  is a family run park which lies between the main coast road and the famous Brean Sands which stretch for seven golden glorious miles from Brean down to the attractive small resort of Burnham-on-Sea.

The Park has been created on the original slopes and contours of the dunes by Clive, Sally and Tony James who have been the resident proprietors since 1986, and is far enough away from the village to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere but near enough to walk to the varied attractions that Brean has to offer. Walking from the entrance of the park towards the sea you will find our childrens play equipment, picnic area and pathway to the beach, and to the south, the Berrow dunes nature reserve.
