Welcome to our 3 Bedroom 36 x 12 Caravan which is conveniently sited on the LAPWING section which is just a short walk to the main on site facilities and entertainment complex of the Parkdean resorts Holiday park at Cayton bay, Scarborough.

Beds are all made up ready for you, and we provide a few Towels to use within the caravan, we simply ask that you bring larger towels with you for use at the pool or beach.

The caravan is Double Glazed and has Central Heating throughout.

This wonderful well presented Holiday park has seen a great many modernisations & improvements, along with the addition of many new facilities and play facilities to entertain the family and children over the past 2 Years.

OUR CARAVAN

It’s a very spacious modern open plan 3 Bedroom caravan which is Double Glazed, and has full Central Heating & sleeps up to 8 people. (Up to 4 Adults & 4 Children)

Dining area with Dining Table, fitted seating and 2 stool buffets

KITCHEN area which is fully fitted with wall & base units, stainless steel sink

and equipped with the following appliances…

Full size Gas Cooker with oven, Grill, 4 ring Gas Hob with cooker hood.

Fridge Freezer, a half & half full size Fridge Freezer

Gas Combi Boiler, Microwave Oven, Kettle & Toaster

Central heating Radiator.

The caravan is also equipped with smoke alarm, fire extinguisher & fire blanket

With fully enclosed shower unit, with glass doors, Hand wash basin with mirror above, WC and handy wall shelves for toiletries etc.

The caravan has an exterior Light

WE HAVE 2 CARAVANS AVAILABLE TO LET, AND A LUXURY 4 BEDROOM HOLIDAY HOME IN SCARBOROUGH TOWN.

We can reserve your booking with just a £50 non returnable Deposit, this comes off the price of your booking

You can then pay for the balance by installments as and when to suit you if you wish, the full balance needs to be paid 4 Weeks before the start Date of your holiday.

We take a £50 Returnable Bond on all bookings

The Entry time at this Caravan is 3pm

The Vacate time is 10am

We post out a Deposit booking confirmation letter, followed by a full payment confiormation letter when your booking is fully paid, we also send out other useful printed information including a Park plan/map.

We offer a returning customer Discount for those who re book with us, we also offer a Discount for 2 Weeks or more booked, either together or for separate Weeks.

Beds are made up ready for you!, we also provide a selection of Towels to use within the caravan, HOWEVER we ask that you bring your own larger Towels for use at the pool or Beach etc.

We let this caravan out for a max of 8 persons, i.e. 4 Adults and up to 4 Children etc.

The main lead person booking must be aged 21 or above

The Bond is normally returned within 3 Days of you vacating, following satisfactory inspection of the caravan and it's contents, please make sure that we have full account details from you so we can refund, as your bank details do not show up when you make a payment to us, WE REQUIRE-NAME OF BANK, SORT CODE, ACCOUNT NUMBER and the NAME ON THE ACCOUNT.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING WITHIN ANY PART OF THE CARAVAN

PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS CARAVAN, we do however have another Caravan where pets are permitted, please ask for details.

PLEASE NOT THAT THE PARK OWNERS OPERATE A VERY STRICT RULE, THAT DOGS CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE IN CARAVANS AND THIS FORMS PART OF OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.
