A modern spacious double-glazed and central-heated 6 berth caravan with veranda. It has one very large double bedroom with on suite and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The main bathroom has a large shower wc and wash basin. The kitchen is well equipped with full sized cooker and integrated fridgefreezer and a dining table and chairs. The living room is very comfortable benefitting from having lots of windows bringing in the light. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay at the seaside!

Payment is made by bank transfer details on request. A £50 deposit/ security bond is required to confirm your booking and payment must be received within 7 days otherwise your booking may be re let. Your security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked and is left how you found it, clean, tidy and no breakages or damage. Any evidence of smoking in the caravan will result in the loss of the bond. CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS SO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. 

If you wish to cancel your holiday booking you must notify me via telephone, the security deposit is non refundable in the event of of any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end holiday pending satisfactory caravan inspection. 

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday; a full refund of holiday payment less security deposit. 

Cancellation from 6-4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday; a 50% refund of holiday payment less security deposit. 

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday; no refund of holiday payment. 

Refunds are non negotiable. 

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before your holiday it may be cancelled.

At the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, visitors can celebrate the culture of Lincolnshire and its people from 1750 to the present day and close by you'll find Ellis Windmill, a working 18th century windmill.
