This brand new high end lodge with private hot tub sits about a quater of a mile from our Steadings Park caravan site in the rural village of Newbourne.
It is set in its own private 4 acres of paddock and oak woodland. Backing onto Newbourne springs nature reserve it is the perfect quiet getaway and a haven for wildlife. Buzzards , pheasants ,rabbits , deer and owls are just a few of the regular visitors and you may even be lucky enough to hear the nightingales sing.
A car is essential for your stay and there is plenty to see & do in the area or you can just sit back and relax and enjoy your surroundings.The fabulous Fox pub serves great food and drink and is just a ten minute stroll away.
The lodge sleeps max 4 with a kingsize bedroom with ensuite and also a twin bedroom (sorry no children).

The well equipped kitchen leads to an open plan lounge / diner with TV and patio doors that lead out onto a balcony with seating.
The hot tub is set on a patio overlooking the woodland & with no night pollution you can sit back in the evening and watch the starts whilst listening to the owls.
If you wish to fish then you can do this on our private carp lake situated at Steadings Park just 1/4 mile / 10 minute walk away for free of charge.
