2018 37 X 12 ft ABI summerbreeze Deluxe
6 Berth caravan with sea view, very spacious interior comprising of lounge area with electric living flame remote control fire and T.V plus WiFi Separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board, vacuum cleaner, crockery and utensils. Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin plus ensuite with toilet and basin. Very spacious master bedroom with King size bed, second bedroom with twin single beds plus a pullout double bed in the lounge area. There is also a travel cot and high chair.
There is an outside decking area with table and chairs. There is a seaview and parking to the side. Electric and Gas included. Duvets and pillows provided. Bed linen is not provided. No charging of electric cars, scooters etc allowed as this will cause the caravans electricity supply to cut off.
Only a few minutes walk to the beach and site facilities and a 10 minute drive into Barmouth town centre.

Lyons Sunnysands Caravan Park is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, three miles north of Barmouth, Mid Wales. From the windows of the caravans you can look straight ahead to Cardigan Bay, westwards across Tremadoc Bay to Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, southwards to Barmouth and the Cader mountain range and Northwards away into Snowdonia. Behind the park lie the Ardudwy mountains.
