The caravan has 3 large bedrooms,with full size wardrobes, full size beds kingsize large single beds shower room with large shower cubicle and en-suite from main master room also plenty of storage comes with all your self catering needs, cooker, microwave, toaster, knifes, folks, spoons, plates etc.  

**With large decking area with built in  lights. Outside seating area and lockable gate . Plenty off grass infront off holiday home . 

We  supply pillows and duvets you just need to bring your own linen .or there is small charge off king-size  £10 and singles £5 each . Please request on booking if you would like us to supply bed linen and beds made up on arrival we do not supply any towels.

We also supply a welcome pack with tea bags and coffee. Also a large travel cot can also be used as a play pen.

The caravan is situated on Haven Golden Sands and is only a 1 minute walk from the main reception of Haven. The caravan is based on Oak meadows and you can also park outside private parking

£100 deposit required on booking for the dates you have chosen this keeps your holiday secure and is refunded 7days after you have had your holiday. £100 is only refunded if the caravan has been left in the way it was before your holiday nothing broken  or smoke smells and also left in a clean condition.
The full balance for your holiday is due 4 weeks before you go..or pay upfront.
Once you arrive at the caravan there will be an information sheet on how everything works 
please note haven is based on a familys holiday we do not let any large groups of woman or men stay (hen & stags).

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
