Our family owned ABI Beaumont  comes in a modern design with full central heating in every room and double glazed UPVC windows throughout. 

The lounge area has free standing furniture a contemporary electric fire and a 50inch Smart TV with DVD player. Leading from this area are patio doors to a large wrap around veranda with built in decking lights in blue, and seating area to enjoy a night with the family. 

The kitchen fully fitted and a good size, with plenty of storage. It includes a built-in fridge/freezer, full size cooker with extractor, a microwave and toaster.full size dishwasher and washing machine.iron and ironing board /pots pans cups cutlery all for your lovely hoilday stay .

Carpets are fitted throughout the lounge and bedrooms and vinyl flooring is in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom.

The main bedroom has a vanity area with mirror, overbed storage and wardrobes with a king size bed with a walk in wardrobe into your very own en-suite toilet and shower room with a full size bath!!!

The twin bedroom has 2 full size single beds with a single wardrobe with TVs in all rooms 2 bedrooms..we supply pillows and duvets you just need to bring your own linen and towels. or there is small charge if you would like bedding Supplied king size £8 singles £5 each . And beds would be made up please request if you would want us to supply bedding for your relaxing family stay . £100 deposit required on booking for the dates you have chosen this keeps your holiday secure and is refunded 7days after you have had your holiday. £100 is only refunded if the caravan has been left in the way it was before your holiday nothing broken no pets or smoke smells and also left in a clean condition.
The full balance for your holiday is due 4 weeks before you go..or pay upfront.
Once you arrive at the caravan there will be an information sheet on how everything works 
please note haven is based on a familys holiday we do not let any large groups of woman or men stay (hen & stags).
also no groups of people under the age of 25.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
