Platinum 8 berth 3 Bedroom static caravan situated on sea front with a ideal large decking area and wheelchair access on to the decking only, with table and chairs and a large parking area.The caravan includes gas,electric, microwave,kettle,toaster,full size fridge freezer, shower, 46in smart tv,freesat

1 double bed, 4 single bed, and 1 double bed situated in lounge. 1 bathroom and 1 seperate toilet. Bed linen and towels is not provided guests are advised to bring their own. Duvets and pillows are provided 

  NO FELT TIP PENS  ALLOWED IN THE VAN 

FACILITY PASSES  These are not compulsory only needed if you wish to use facilities during your stay. 

 Pick up of caravan keys will be at the caravan but won’t be available until time stated on receipt

 Strictly No Smoking or vaping allowed in any hire accommodation.

OR THERE WILL BE A CLEANING FEE

No extra persons allowed above permitted number of berths in any accommodation.

THIS IS A SELF CATERING HOLIDAY. WE WILL INSPECT THE CARAVAN AFTER YOUR USE. 
 PLEASE LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION
 (INCLUDING POTS, PANS AND COOKER) READY FOR THE NEXT OCCUPANTS. IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE VAN CLEAN OR CAUSE ANY DAMAGE
  £50 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU.

We and Sunnysands cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to private property or accident to any persons,
however caused, whilst staying on the park. Children must be supervised at all times.

 We and Lyons Sunnysands cannot accept any responsibility for the breakdown or malfunction of any equipment in any accommodation but will
 endeavour to repair or replace the equipment as soon as possible. 

We and Lyons Sunnysands reserves the right to enter into any accommodation at any reasonable time for the purpose of checking condition, or repairs,
 or any emergency. 
 We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason expressed or otherwise. 
 We reserve the right to evict anyone causing a nuisance or damage, without refund. 

 All persons staying on the park must conduct themselves at all times with due regard to the enjoyment and comfort of others.
 Please ensure you are courteous to other around you who like yourself want to enjoy their holiday.
 If any complaints are made, then you will not be allowed to hire the van in the future.

 In the event of loss of the keys to the van a charge of £100 will be charged for replacement locks
 We are not responsible for facilities not working or being repaired. Entertainment will be on according to the time of year of your stay.
 During quieter times there may not be nightly entertainment. 
 Duvets and pillows are available to use however; you must take your own linen.
 Anyone found not to be using linen will be charged £30 cleaning charge.
 You are welcome to use any equipment which is in the van however, any damage, removal or loss of equipment will result in a loss of deposit.
  Please ensure when you leave the van you ensure it is securely locked at all times to protect the van and your possession.
 We do not accept and liability for loss of your personal possessions. You are responsible for the van at all times during your stay.

On making a booking a £50 deposit is required to secure the date .This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. And then a full balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival and A £150 refundable security deposit is required on all bookings. The security deposit will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected and please allow up to 5 days   

Please be aware the van is SELF CLEAN, if it is left in a mess there will be a £50 charge for cleaner, and will then only recieve £100 back. If  there is any damage to the caravan you will recieve no security deposit back!

Sunnysands Caravan Park is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, three miles north of Barmouth, Mid Wales. From the windows of the caravans you can look straight ahead to Cardigan Bay, westwards across Tremadoc Bay to Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, southwards to Barmouth and the Cader mountain range and Northwards away into Snowdonia. Behind the park lie the Ardudwy mountains.

The pinelog swimming pool has an adjoining toddlers splash pool and solarium. In the Amusement Arcade there is a selection of games machines and prize Bingo. The Lobster Pot Fish 'n' Chip Take-Away and Pool Side Coffee Shop provide meals from breakfast to late evening. The site shop is open every day for all your household needs, including fresh milk, bread and newspapers. The site also has a launderette, post box and telephones. Boats can be launched with direct access from Park to beach.
