Caravan with a large spacious decking with seating , disabled ramp to access decking, a tarmac parking bay.

Bed linen and towels is not provided, guests are advised to bring their own, if anyone is found not to be using linen you will be charged £30 cleaning charge.

Strictly No Smoking or vaping allowed in any hire accommodation. 

No extra persons allowed above permitted number of berths in any accommodation. 
Max capacity is 8 people only.

We and Lyons reserves the right to enter into any accommodation at any reasonable time for the purpose of checking condition, or repairs, or any emergency. 

 We reserve the right to evict anyone causing a nuisance or damage, without refund. 

Please ensure you are courteous to other around you who like yourself want to enjoy their holiday.
 If any complaints are made in your stay, then you will not be allowed to hire the van in the future.

You are welcome to use all equipment in the caravan however, any damage or removal of equipment will result in a loss of deposit.
 

THIS IS A SELF CATERING HOLIDAY. WE WILL INSPECT THE CARAVAN AFTER YOUR USE. 
 PLEASE LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION
 (INCLUDING POTS, PANS AND COOKER) READY FOR THE NEXT OCCUPANTS. IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE VAN CLEAN A £50 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU.

Loss Of Keys: Charge of £35

Standard Check in time 14:30-15:00pm

Standard Check out time 10.30am

Upon booking a £50 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. And then a full balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival

Also a £100 refundable security deposit is required on all bookings. The security deposit will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected and please allow up to 1-3 days   

If caravan is required a clean you will only recieve £50 secruity depsoit back.

Also if there is any damages to inside or outside of the carvan you will not recieve any secruity deposit back

PLEASE ENSURE THE CARAVAN IS CLEANED PRIOR TO LEAVING!
