Welcome to our privately owned ABI Oakley, a spacious and modern static caravan available for hire at the beautiful Perran Sands Holiday Park, near Newquay, Cornwall.

• Located in a quiet part of the park, within easy walking distance of the beach path and park facilities

Inside the Caravan:

• Large open-plan kitchen and living area
• Lounge with flat screen TV, electric fire and comfy seating
• Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer
• 1 spacious double bedroom with ensuite toilet
• 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds
• Main bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside:

• Good-sized decking area 
• Grass parking space directly outside
• Grassy areas to the sides and front for extra space

Additional Information:

• Duvets, pillows, and bedding provided
• Guests to bring own towels, tea towels, and dish cloths
• ,well-behaved dogs may be accepted 

On Site at Perran Sands:

• Convenience store with gift shop
• Launderette (tokens available at the shop)
• Hire shop for any forgotten essentials
• Perranporth village can be reached via a beautiful beach or cliff-top walk

Please Note:

• Haven entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased directly from the park reception.

How to Book:

A £50 -refundable deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 5 weeks before arrival.

A £50 Key & Damage Deposit is required one week before your stay, returned within 7 days of departure (subject to no damage and the caravan being left clean and tidy).

How to Book: , please contact us to confirm availability. If you wish to book, we will send out a booking form . A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your dates  The remaining balance would be due for payment FIVE weeks prior to the arrival date.

Key & Damage Deposit: One week before the arrival date, we would also require a Key & Damage Deposit of £50. This amount would be returned to the booking holder, within 7 days after hoilday, if the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages.

 

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
