in the caravan is a large open space kitchen and living room area, In the lounge there is a Flat Screen TV and an electric fire. and central heating,  in the kitchen, where you will find, cocker, microwave, toaster and fridge freezer , on to the bathroom with shower and toilet 1 x single bedroom with 2 beds in then 1 spacious double bedroom with ensuite toilet outside there is a nice sized decking area, grassy areas to the sides and front of the caravan with a parking on the grass locted in quiet part of the park within walking distance of park facities

Duvets and pillows and bedding are provided but please take your own -  towels, - tea towels and dish cloths. 

on the  Perran Sands there is a convenience store with a gift shop. Here you can buy tokens to use the launderette. The hire shop will provide you with anything you may have forgotten. village of Perranporth can be reached by walking along the beach or cliffe top walk

Dogs: We may accept small well behaved dogs. at an additional charge but please ask and confirm

How to Book: In the first instance, please contact us to confirm availability. If you wish to book we will send out a  booking form . A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your dates . The remaining balance would be due for payment FIVE weeks prior to the arrival date.

Key & Damage Deposit: One week before the arrival date, we would also require a Key & Damage Deposit of £100.00. This amount would be returned to the booking holder, within 7 days , if the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT PROVIDE PASSES FOR THE HAVEN FACILITES BUT THESE CAN BE BOUGHT FROM THE SITE

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
