A well presented two bedroom static carvavan (sleeps 6) with ensuite bathroom and enclosed garden. This holiday home provides high standards of cleanliness and offers a spacious and secure enviroment.

Situated on a five star award winning holiday park, Ladram Bay offers a host of facilities including a private beach, indoor swimming pool, kids club, onsite entertainment and so much more! Just a two minute walk from your caravan, all facilities are on your doorstep!

This holiday home is tucked away in a quiet secluded area, where you will even be able to hear the crashing of the waves in the distance, whilst you relax in the garden on a warm summers evening. 

The master bedroom with a double bed provides a spacious feel, including a TV for those chill movie nights all cuddled up. Plenty of wardrobe space to hang your party clothes and the en-suite leads directly to the main bathroom for convenience. 

The second bedroom has two single beds which can easily be put together to make a double if required. In addition you will find a pull out double bed in the lounge area. 

This holiday home also provides an additional toilet and wash basin to assist all those trying to get ready in the morning! There is no time to waste when there is so much to see and do!

The L shaped lounge with a 43inch TV and an open plan dining area accompanies the fully fitted kitchen. Microwave, fridge freezer, gas cooker, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and utensils! Everything you need to provide a hearty inhouse meal or grab a takeaway once in a while delivered to the park or collect on the way back from the beach! 

The fully enclosed garden is perfect for young children and pets, but also provides that little bit of privacy from the outside world. Garden furniture is provided for your impromptu al fresco dining, a washing line to throw those wet towels on after a day at the beach and a pair of binoculars in the cupboard to star gaze on those clear spectacular nights!

Free unlimited 5G WiFi. Network congestion may apply in peak season. 

Electric is included, however gas is provided via a payment card with units available from reception. Duvets and pillows are provided for your comfort but please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Please note you will have free access to all park facilities, however, the pool and mini golf is pay as you go.

To secure your chosen dates, there is a £100 deposit/security bond required at the time of booking. This will be returned after the holiday home has been inspected for damages or missing items, within seven days of departure. 

Full payment is due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

If you are booking with less than eight weeks to go, then payment is required in full when booking.
