The caravan is situated on the Cayton Bay, Parkdean site, with all amenities to make your holiday memorable. Very close to all amentities, main entertainment centre, Boat House restuarant, all weather play area.
The caravan is 4 berth, with 2 bedrooms,1 double, 1 twin, has 2 bathrooms, both have shower and toilet, the master bedroom has an en-suite.
Double glazing and central heating.
All bedding provided, if required.
Decking to front and side, tables and chairs available for those warm summer days.
Parking available.

£50 bond refundable after caravan has been checked and all found to be OK, no damage or excess cleaning required.
Payment can be made in instalments full payment to be made 4 weeks prior to holiday start date.
Please leave caravan as found in a clean & tidy condition.
Please report any damage to owners or make note in the visitor book which is left in the caravan.

The perfect setting for a memorable family holiday, there's something for everyone at this lively park. The beach is nearby, the indoor waterworld offers hours of splashing fun with fountains, waterjets and a slide, while an all weather sports court means fun and games for all the family. Kids are well catered for with Sparky's Krew providing a range of activities for 5–11s. The Boathouse Bar, serving delicious meals, makes an ideal start to the evening before enjoying the dancing, competitions, shows and visiting cabaret at the Oasis Showbar.
Cayton Bay is a superb base for exploring the many sandy beaches and historic attractions of this beautiful area. Scarborough, Filey and the famous cliffs at Flamborough Head are all within an easy drive.
