Our caravan is a Willerby Westmorland with double glazing and central heating.  We are situated in one of the best elevated, unobstructed positions with lovely country views on this immaculately kept 5 star family run site.

It has  side decking with patio furniture, with a large garden area with small patio and bistro set. The caravan comprises 2  double bedrooms, the main  bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and door to shower and toilet.. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, overhead cupboards and wardrobe and the bathroom is fully equipped with a large shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a double gas oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. It has a  large lounge/dining area with 32" flat screen, freeview TV and wi-fi is included, an electric fire with flame effect and remote control.  Small  well behaved dogs are accepted at a charge of £30.00 per dog.  Duvets and pillows are provided

Bed linen, towels and bath mat are not provided.

You will be expected to clean the caravan  prior to your departure.  Wi-fi is installed directly into the caravan giving a better quality connection which is complimentary.  There are washing/drying facilities on site in launderette at a small charge.

You may book the caravan with £100 deposit  which would be non-refundable, the remaining balance to be paid one month prior to holiday.

One small dog would be allowed in the caravan at an extra charge of £30.00 per week, per dog.

Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North Shore and the quiet, sand duned West Shore.

Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour, despite its modern attractions. Llandudno is only 2 miles away from our caravan park and boasts an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green and alley, tennis courts, golf courses, a large shopping centre and many other attractions on the Great Orme including; mines, cable cars, trams, toboggan run and artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea is one and a half miles away with plenty of shops to look around, it has a small harbour and is ideal for water sports.

Colwyn Bay, with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park 3 miles away.

The quaint town of Conwy is 5 miles away and well worth a visit for it's medieval castle, marina, open-air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.

These resorts are easily accessible as buses frequently pass the park entrance.

Penrhyn Bay has all you would expect in a village with it's man-made beach, shops, bowling green, restaurants and a golf course close by.
