RENTAL BOOKING TERMS
a £100.00 pound security bond is required to secure the dates of the holiday at the time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival date . The £100 security bond will be refunded after departure following satisfactory inspection of my hoilday home and there is no damages and is left clean and tidy .
PLEASE NOTE: The security bond is non - refundable if the hoilday is cancelled but any other amounts will be paid and refunded within 24hrs.

Located right on the beach between the popular seaside resorts of Whitstable and Herne Bay.
The park’s facilities are centred around the main entertainment venue and we are continually working to make this venue EVEN better for our new holiday guests. With so many places to visit, you will probably want to spend most days touring the garden of England. Famous castles, fishing ports, cathedral cities and dramatic coastal scenery are all within a short drive from Seaview.
Back on the park in the evening, join us for a warm welcome in the bar or a tasty supper in our cafe that will set you up for the brilliant entertainment, which is extra special at weekends and during the peak season.
