A stunning master bedroom awaits at the heart of this holiday home, complete with everything you’d expect, including ample storage space, a king-size bed and a TV.

The second bedroom allows space for extra family members, along with extra storage space for all those all-important belongings and a TV.

The generously sized bathroom is perfect for all the family and for those looking for a conveniently spaced home away from home.

This immaculate holiday home completed it’s universal appeal with wonderful views to the sea and for those railway enthusiasts, the Paignton – Dartmouth Steam Railway line is only meters away from the decking

Outside is an L shape decking with patio furniture allowing you to sit and watch the world go by over a nice glass of something cold!

This property is available with unlimited Wi-fi for up to 5 devices at the cost of £15.00 per week.

A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is to be paid within 48hrs of booking. Also a damage bond of £100 is to be paid with the final balance. (bond is returned within 7 days of departure, once the caravan has been checked). Full trems and conditions of booking are sent before confirming a booking.

On the cusp of the Paignton area lies Waterside Holiday Park, with its spectacular views of the South Devon coastline and the ocean. From its elevated position, you will enjoy stunning views of the Torbay coastline, and it is close to the fabulous beaches and attractions of the famed English Riviera. Stay at Waterside and you can take a trip to beautiful Goodrington Sands and Broadsands, award winning Blue Flag beaches, ideal for swimming exploring rock pools and other water activities.  Cafes with outside and inside seating to enjoy the views. They can both be accessed either by walking on the coastal path or by car.

On the park, you'll find a brand-new indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with the newly refurbished bar and restaurant which takes influence from the style of a traditional pub. During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining. Some entertainment is provided during the holiday season and various activities for the families to take part in.

Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for  walkers and hiking. It’s all here in this ideal Devon location.

The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location. There is parking close to all the caravans.  There are regular bus services outside the park, which will take you to all the surrounding areas.
