Foxdown 8 is an ABI Vista Diamond caravan (36ft x 12ft) with double glazing and central heating.
It has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, over bed storage, bedside tables, reading lamps and a safe. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, single wardrobe unit, over bed storage and a bedside shelf.
The main bathroom consists of a toilet, large shower enclosure, sink with under cupboard storage and a heated towel rail. In addition to the main bathroom, there is a separate toilet with wash hand basin.
The lounge area is fitted with a large seating area with double sofa bed, a gas fire, 32" digital TV and a DVD player. The dining table is also located in the lounge area with bench seating and two stools.
The kitchen is fitted with a cooker with oven and grill, a toaster, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and a Dolce Gusto drinks machine for those coffee lovers. There is also ample storage above and below the work surfaces.
Outside is a large decking area and a private grassed area with a picnic table, parasol and private parking for two cars.

Location
Foxdown Eight is located in a quiet part of South Bay Holiday Park, yet still within just a few hundred yards of all the site facilities, which include an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, mini golf, two play areas for children, a shop and a launderette.
South Bay Holiday Park has the 'Oceana club' with nightly entertainment for both adults and children. There is also an amusement centre, take-away restaurant for snacks and free Wi-Fi in the main club house.
Within a short walk you will find a beach and a cliff top walk with breathtaking views!
There is a bus service that runs from the park to Brixham, where you will be able to make connections to all of Torbay and the surrounding areas.
A pleasant drive away you will find the towns of Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth and Babbacombe.
There are plenty of things to see and do in the surrounding area for both the thrill seekers and those looking for a relaxing break.

This lively holiday park is set above the bustling harbour town of Brixham. There’s plenty to do at South bay holiday park with an adventure playground, crazy golf, basketball and kids’ club. Relax on a lounger as the kids whizz down the flume, watch the little ones in the toddler pool or enjoy a swim straight through to the indoor pool.
Enjoy an action packed entertainment programme in the Oceanus Club or take it easy on the sun terrace and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. For the more energetic, a stepped path leads you down to the delightful St Mary’s Cove.
The harbourside at Brixham is perfect for a spot of crabbing and is home to some fantastic restaurants with freshly caught fish prepared daily or if you prefer you can enjoy some good old fashioned fish and chips and choose from over 35 flavours of ice cream!
