Our caravan  has stunning  sea views and is situated  in a prime, peaceful  location,.with no through traffic or footfall. It is South-facing with breathtaking views over Lydstep Beach and enjoys the sun on its terrace all day until sunset. 

The caravan includes Starlink WiFi, Bluetooth  Music System and USB ports in all rooms and  a firepit on the terrace.

The open plan kitchen/ living area has a large Island with bar stools and dining table and chairs.

The light and airy kitchen is fully equipped  and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, a five ring hob gas cooker, microwave and toaster. 

The living  area has comfortable  furniture  and a 55 inch Fire Smart TV.

The patio door leads out to a large terrace with a seating area and firepit table. There is also a bar table with stools to enjoy the amazing sea views.

The caravan has three bedrooms,  a master bedroom  with en-suite  with  queen size bed. The largest twin has two full sized single  beds. All the bedrooms have Smart Tvs.

The caravan also has cloakroom area,  a bathroom with a shower and outside there is parking for two cars.

Lydstep Beach Holiday Park has its own beach  and a Manor House with a garden area with seating overlooking the beautiful bay and Caldey Island. 

The Manor house  has a restaurant, bar, entertainment and an arcade. There is also a indoor swimming pool. 

Passes are required for any of Havens activities, these  can be purchased  from Haven.

Please  bring your own duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases, towels and tea towels. 

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan.

Sorry no pets

Please do not charge E.V. from the caravan. Haven provide E.V. charging points at the reception car park.

No same sex groups.

£100 deposit is required to book which is non-refundable. Payment of the balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday.

A damage bond of £100  will also be required  and will be returned after inspection.

We offer week bookings in peak times and some Monday to Fridays in off peak.

Cancellation  Policy:
If unfortunately you have to cancel your holiday after the balance payment, please put this in writing as soon as possible by email.
The deposit is non-refundable and the  percentage based deductions are made as follows.
6 weeks or less 25% of booking.
5 weeks or less  30% of booking.
4 weeks or less 45%  of booking.
3 weeks or less 65% of booking.
2 weeks or less 90% of booking.
1 week or less 100% of booking. 

Please take out travel insurance if you wish to cover these costs.
